I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the whole Qualicare team (Vaughan) on behalf of my family for their incredible support and guidance throughout our Mom’s care. Liana S., became our best advocate for Mom's care by helping us through critical times, providing important information about everything, and helping us make the right decisions for our Mom’s care. Liana played such an active supportive role for our Mom, always there for us as a kind and thoughtful ear, and providing guidance or action on our behalf. She was able to find a mobile Optometrist when no one else could. I also want to express our gratitude to the 8 caregivers that were employed in order to look after my Mom, I don’t know what we would have done without your help to employ, manage, and schedule the caregivers, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and ensuring that our Mom’s care was seamless and smooth. A special shout-out to Michelle, one of the caregivers, who truly cared for our Mom as if she was her own Mom. Michelle has that special combination of knowledge and experience with a caring and thoughtful personality that help to greatly reduce our anxiety. Having Liana provided us with a great deal of comfort and security as she has the knowledge and expertise in dealing with other healthcare professionals. I would highly recommend Liana and her team to anyone or any family who is dealing with any serious health-related issue to manage their care and to advocate on their behalf.
