Went to softmoc to purchase 3 pairs of shoes for my kids. 1 employee was helping a customer with there shoes and 3 employees just stood there talking and didn't come over to see if we needed help. No longer will I be shopping at this store.

Terrible service at this location. Was in the store to buy 3 pairs of shoes for myself and 2 more for my daughters . Was happy to take my business to the Bay where the staff was respectful and kind.

Terrible experience while trying to return a pair of shoes after 22 hours...Bought a pair of moccasins at this location in late afternoon. While at the store I tried one shoe out of the pair and purchased it. After I wore both shoes at home, I noticed that one fit tighter than the other and was uncomfortable. I carefully inspected the pair, the bottom rubber showed size 11 on both shoes, but the top part of the shoe was sewn half inch shorter than the other one. There was also a colour difference between them. I left the price tag and other factory tags on the shoe, and went back next afternoon to exchange them for another pair. I told the store manager about the issue, that's when the frustration started. The manager didn't see any problem with the pair and asked me if the shoes were worn at all. I told her that I wore them in the house for about a couple of hours on the carpeted floor, just to see if they in fact are different or one will stretch to match the other, as sometimes one shoe is tried in the store more often and stretches more than the other one. Never the less, one shoe felt much tighter than the other. She flipped the bottoms and told me that they are both size 11 and they should feel the same. I showed her the difference between the top stitches, that there is a difference of almost half an inch between the two shoes. She said that since they were already worn she was not going to take back or exchange them for me. I asked her if she could help me to call the customer service to see if they can be of any help, since I believed that this was a defect. She gave me a phone number and told me to use my own cell phone and walked away towards another customer. I was totally frustrated, but kept calm. When I called them the customer service said that they cannot override the store manager's decision. SoftMoc Pen Center location needs to train their store manager for a better customer service. The colour and the size difference are clearly visible in the photo.

Staff seems more interested in their own conversations than assisting customers. Manager acts like she hates her life when staff ask for help, makes us the customer feel weird for even needing anything. Won’t be back to this location maybe they need to get their staff in line

Bought new Blundstones today from this location & it was great! Ryan helped me out so much & answered every question honestly and professionally. So kind! I also saw the other ladies working helping other customers with great attitudes. Overall, very welcoming and knowledgeable employees!

Super customer service from this location! The staff were so friendly and attentive, even though they were so busy. I would definitely recommend them, as well as shop here again. Thank you, all!

Went looking for a new pair of work boots. Didn't find anything that was suitable but the staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful and great attitudes!

First time I wore shoes from this store, chip showed up in toe of shoe. Took to manager, and they said that was normal wear and tear. Wouldn't recommend buying shoes here if you plan to wear them at all as they will not stand behind their shoes and you can't return them even within one week. I would also avoid Steve Madden shoes as they are the manufacturer of this shoe.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Amazing manger you helped me warranty my blundstone work boots in a pinch so I could get right back to work. We will be shopping strictly at this location from now on. Overall really thankful and happy to be shopping at this store and will be recommending it to others
