Yummy House Restaurant
We ordered take out on Christmas eve. The restaurant was very busy with people lined up outside the door. The restaurant was very well staffed and everyone was working quickly to fill all the orders. I really appreciated how hard everyone worked to make our delicious meal. The food was hot and very tasty when we got home. Thank you Yummy House for contributing to our family's wonderful Christmas eve!

I came in to pick up a takeout order on new years eve. The order was a bit late, but I didn't care AT ALL. They were incredibly busy. Lined up out the door. What I witnessed was INCREDIBLE teamwork from the staff. One person would leave a station, and someone else would take over immediately. The restaurant runs like a well oiled machine! The staff are WONDERFUL. Everyone was friendly and smiling. The food was exactly what I expected. Hot and delicious! Needless to say I was very impressed!

LOL - read the other 1 star reviews and then the owners response to my review. I'm not the first person with hair in my food.I didnt want another meal. I wanted a refund and couldnt call as your resteraunt was closed. POINT MADE ! Terrible, inaccurate service.DO NOT EAT HERE !!!! Unhygenic!!!I placed an order for 2x 3 combos on Monday night at 815.One was fine but the second meal was full of human hair. 6 strands at least embedded into the rice noodles.I went to call but google said they had closed. The next day I forgot to call due to being sick. I called on Wednesday and was told I should've saved the meal as well as all of the hair.The owner offered us 50% off a new meal tonight - but that's not good enough because I dont want food from here ever again.I wanted a refund for the nasty meal that I didn't even get to eat.Terrible customer service on the owners part. $15 is really worth not believing the customer ?I would give 0 stars if I could.

Great friendly service. Pleasant people, felt welcome. Clean and tidy. Food is Canadian Chinese and was well executed. The noodles were good, veg not overcooked and the ginger beef was appropriately seasoned. All food was fresh, tons of people doing take out. I will eat here again.

The food was decent. Similar to Panda Express in the States. It's a bit too sweet for my liking, but it's not terrible. The portions are huge and the price is reasonable.The service from Mya was excellent. She did a great job communicating with customers and the kitchen. She was pleasant and helpful.Stella, however, has an attitude problem. She is rude to her coworkers, the customers and even to one older gentleman working with her who, I assume, is a manager or owner.This was my first time here, so I'll give it another shot and see if anything improves or if locals are correct when they say, If you want good Chinese food

Absolutely clueless staff, waited 45 minutes for a simple dinner for 2. Didn't even get my food after wasting so much time. Asked for my money back and even just that was a nightmare. Very poorly trained staff, only person that had any idea what they were doing looked so stressed out. Terrible system of making some people wait while serving single orders no problem. The amount of time I watched half a large order just sit and wait for the other half was pretty ridiculous as well.

Wow the food is very tasty. I would not recommend the beef and broccoli though it is over cooked and very bland. The chowmain is the best. They use a delivery service that is not familiar to me and charges a high delivery charge. Next time I will definitely pick up

Food is decent but service is absolutely ridiculous! Placed an online order said it was 50 min...showed up and waited an additional 30 minutes! Food wasn't even ready, they were more concerned about walk in customers then anyone who placed an online order. Absolute chaos and this is not the first time this has happened. They are now filling the lid of the take out containers instead of the base which is substantially smaller so your getting way less which a couple people commented on and the girl said absolutely nothing and their deep fried wonton have 1/4 tsp of filling and looks more like a chip and is so small that you actually can't taste the filling

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the yummy house staff. It’s always my go to for a quick cheap meal and the price is always good for such a huge portion. The staff though are always super kind, quick friendly service and if there isn’t something out they usually offer to make it for you. Tonight was no exception. I wasn’t paying attention when I ordered online and showed up half an hour early to pick up my order. I of course said I would come back later but they insisted they would quickly pack it up no problem and were super nice about my mixup. The food is really good but the staff make it just that much better!
