Jeff came out as scheduled and hooked up our heat pump. Communication was excellent, work was done professionally and he arrived with all the tools to complete the project in a timely matter. Highly, highly recommend Jeff (Double J HVAC). He came out last summer when it was 45+ celcius. It was July 1st and a holiday. He had not had a day off in months and he arrived at my home in 20 minutes!! My compressor had over heated and he was there to get my air conditioner back up and running again. We've had Jeff out on two different occasions; once for the A/C, the other for the furnace . He is very prompt , professional, and you can tell he cares about his customers comfort. His diagnostics were very quick, he always had parts ready in his truck. This meant we weren't without our system too long. Jeff actually fixes the problems he doesn't just try to sell you on a new system. Overall, dealing with Jeff has been a great experience. We've never have to cringe about making the call to him .

Double J HVAC/R Jeff was very professional when he attended our place in Fintry BC. We were having some issues with our inverter split type room air conditioner icing up. Jeff is very knowledgeable, not only did he trouble shoot the systems, he took the time to explain the AC units to us from the outside fans to the inside units.Communication was prompt and professional before the appointment. While on scene his explanations of the system made complete sense.I would recommend Jeff and his business to anyone looking for assistance with their HVAC/R systems.We would definitely be using Jeff again for all our other HVAC/R systems for our cottage.
