James did a fantastic job on our project! He was easy to work with, easy to get in touch with, arrived when he said he would and exceeded our expectations with the quality of his work for our exterior renos. I can't say enough good things about James. We had some moisture infiltration in the basement and he provided a fantastic and highly attractive solution, with a very attractive price. He also replaced our derelict gate, built a gravel pad for our new shed, and fixed some of our grading. He was prompt, courteous, very good with communicating, highly professional, and a genuine nice guy. We are extremely happy with the quality of his work and would recommend him to anyone!

I have never left a Google review unsolicited, but felt I had to for The Reno Guy.James just completed a re-sodding of our front yard. The work was impeccable, but where he really impressed us was his professionalism and responsiveness. We have been 'ghosted' by so many different tradespeople over the years, or have felt we had to chase them to give them our business. James responded to our initial e-mail within a few hours, kept us updated all the way along, and was consistently on time. The work site (our front yard!) was immaculate while he was doing the work, and when he left each day. On top of that, he's just a very nice guy.All in all, a solid 5-star experience. Thanks, James!
