I love getting my hair done at this salon.my stylist Avalon is fast, professional, on time, and does a great job on my hair. The salon is relaxed and she cares about her customers and always providing educational events.

This place is full of great people. Everyone I meet there are very nice and easy to talk too. You feel like you've known them all your life. My consultatant, Avalon Williams, is very knowledgeable and is great at what she does. She always makes me feel comfortable and at ease.

Avalon is excellent at what she does and she makes a fantastic leader and role model for the community. Very friendly and professional, excellent work ethic, someone who clearly loves what she does and helps whenever she can. She called me with her earliest available appointment so she could finish what one of her newer employees hadn't. I would like to be more like her.

Impossible to get an appointment. I've been twice - the last time being around two years ago (before that it had been another 2 years) and only made it in because I took the day off at work (all they ever have are early mornings - weekends are booked up months in advance). My appointment went well but it shouldn't be this hard to be seen. I work full time...so the only way to get in is to take a day off?? Also no one ever answers the business line which is ridiculous. They've got to do better.
