Westbow Construction

We have been in our Westbow home for just over a year. Customer Care representatives Tom Scott and Andrew came by today to check out a few minor issues that needed fixing. They were quick to either remedy each issue right away or suggest a later fix. They were polite and professional. Thankful for the great customer care!

Thanks Westbow for building such great houses and I can't feel more thankful to their staff like Tom and Justin. They're really so professional and they're always available to listen if there's an issue. I really appreciate knowing them.

After purchasing a new build from Westbow which we absolutely love, we had some deficiency’s that come along with a new build. Tom Scott has been absolutely amazing with getting all our concerns handled in a professional and timely manner! Very happy and love our Westbow home!

We own a Townhouse from Westbow since 2021 and we are so happy with the house. We have few issues once in a while, but Tom Scott is always ready to hear us. He comes over so quickly to see the issue and address it right away. He is an amazing person, very professional, caring and very helpful. Westbow should learn to train all their team to the level of Tom.

Our place is only two years old and honestly it has been an absolute nightmare. We are the second owners as of July 2021. We have been emailing Westbow Care since October 2021 about several issues with our house including terrible windows and sliding doors that were improperly installed so there is a draft on all three floors. During the winter our Hydro and Fortis bills have been almost double the price of our last place that was 200 square feet bigger. We had Norm from Westbow come in to inspect the house and cover the tech cable (which was a huge concern, dangerous and should have been covered when the house was built. If anyone hit the tech cable in the garage they could die). Norm was surprised about the tech cable and agreed the windows should be covered under warrany... but months later we hear nothing back from Westbow until we follow up and find out Norm no longer works there. We have emailed several times to get everything covered under warranty and it seems like Westbow keeps stalling to come fix our issues until the rest of the complex is built and these issues are no longer covered under warranty. I have been trying to be patient but today we had a huge leak between our den and kitchen caused by a faulty elbow. As of right now, I highly recommend NOT purchasing a house built by Westbow.

My husband and I bought a Westbow home in July 2021. Recently we had a leaking issue from the bathroom to the kitchen ceiling. After 30m Tom Scott was at our door to inspect the issue, and since then he's taking care of it. He came out himself some times to check. Tom is amazing, very helpful, caring and attentive. We're grateful with his work, communication and how he's supporting in getting this resolved.

We have been living here for a year and a half at Cedarbrook, we love it! There were a few things needed fixing in the house because of course when your purchase new there will be deficiencies, but we would trade the nice and quiet environment that this place has to offer offer. We are grateful to a few amazing people at Westbow: Mike G., Sarah-Jane, Matt Gehring and Tom Shelton. We need more Matt and Tom because they really care about the customers' homes. They will go out of their way just to make sure everything is addressed and fixed in the house.

Andrew and Tom from the Westbow Customer Care are fantastic. They were professional, kind and so talented at what they do. Great experience.

Bought our Home from Westbow in the Elk Creek Estates project in Chilliwack. Love the house and have a great experience dealing with Westbow. We have had a few small issues as with most new builds and they are quick to have their team come check it out and rectify the issue in short order. I would recommend Westbow to anyone looking for a quality home at a great price point.

Just a quick shout-out to Justin Carlton, Westbow's Superintendent, for taking the time to thoroughly discuss my quality of satisfaction with our new home in Cedarbrook.We are currently renting and looking to buy here in the near future. Our experience, so far, has been a quality one. Our flat is brand new and the minor issues we've had are typical of any new home. When we asked for assistance, we had professional help provided to us in a timely manner. No issue was serious enough to warrant urgent attention; such as, we had a minor leak under our kitchen sink, which was resolved by retightening the plumbing drain, and an electrician swapped out a sensitive breaker for a better quality one.Justin was courteous, approachable, and highly knowledgeable regarding the engineering and construction that Westbow is known for, and he took the time to answer all my questions.
