Amazing service! Called the store about a varsity jacket for our son, same day went in to go over sizing and fill out their template for what we all needed and where, paid, picked up the very next day less than 24 hours of even making the call! They were very knowledgeable, patient and have great customer service. Highly recommend!!

Harold's Shoe Repair
I have brought shoes and boots here for at least ten years and they always come back ready to wear again for many months or even years. They are also shined nicely by the time I get them, which I appreciate. With the good work done at Harold's, I have been able to keep my favorite shoes and boots going for well over a decade. I think that ultimately saves me money and is more responsible than buying new shoes frequently.

These guys are awesome at what they do! I've had my letter jacket sewn up here, also had the pockets fixed a few years ago (they got a little torn sliding down the hill, but they fixed it right up!) And I also have had shoes worked on, which is what I had done today. My brother wears a larger shoe (found these on Amazon surprisingly) but the straps weren't long enough. I had the Velcro, but I couldn't see them on myself. Brought them to these guys and they had it done in a couple days, and now they fit him perfectly! Thank you so much, I appreciate the hard work you do!

Harold's Shoe Repair
Nice people, but they completely butchered the re-soled job on a pair of 300 dollar work boots. Even the shape of the vamp area is totally different.They don't fit anymore and now I'm stuck shipping them back to the manufacturer to to the job correctly.I won't be going back.
