Amazing customer service from booking our appt to the day they came to pick up our stuff. Reminder email sent to us a few days before and a call the day of before they were coming. The two people who came were very nice and polite. They even swept up our entrance because to the little bit of sand that was on their boots! Also very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this company!!

Highly recommended! Wonderful service, incredibly polite. They removed an extremely heavy piano from my basement, didn’t complain despite how difficult the job was, and their rates were very reasonable. I have already referred them to several friends. I can’t say enough good things about them!

The service I received from this company was fantastic. The team had a tough job to do (shed and clothesline removal) and did an impressive job. The area was left clean afterwards. They were friendly, showed up on time, and gave me a fair price for the work. The office coordinator was also very helpful and provided excellent customer service. First time using Mr Junk's service and I couldn't be happier! We booked an appointment online and they were able to come the next day. Scott was really friendly, took a look at the old kitchen cabinets to be hauled away, and gave me a reasonable quote. No obligation, either! Within half an hour everything was loaded up and they were on their way.I'd definitely use their service again, and I'd recommend it. Saved me a day of work this weekend.

Had the awesomeness of an animal peeing on a mattress, so had to get it moved out asap. Went online, booked my appointment, and got my confirmation email. A day before got a reminder email, and details of what would happen. Day of, got the call, confirmed my address, and shortly after arrived at my place.Both guys were extremely friendly. I wish remembered their names, but I do want to pass on a huge thank you to them. Process was quick and easy. My apartment building has tall ceilings so there's a lot of stairs, but didn't seem to phase them. It was great service. Friendly service from beginning to end. Highly recommend.Also want to make note that parking can be difficult on main, but a solution was found and with excellent customer service the whole time.
