If I could rate this office a -5, I would. One of the worst experiences of my life. My daughter rented an apartment through this company. She was killed in March, and once I told them about what has happened, they actually held me responsible for the remainder of her lease. Going through this horrible tragedy, and arranging my daughter's funeral and expenses, I had to deal with Karen and Jamie's rudeness and totally unsympathetic ways. I swear those women have no heart or compassion in their body. To make matters even more painful, they chose to send correspondence addressed to my daughter, knowing full well she had passed away.They did not care about my situation or the fact that I had no money to pay for my daughter's outstanding rent so they just kept her damage deposit. The only person I would recommend who works there is John, who was extremely kind, compassionate and very helpful. Unfortunately, his hands were tied in this matter and there was nothing he could do.People, including the property management where I currently live, have encouraged me to call a lawyer or the news media, but I am happy knowing instead that some people will read this review and hopefully I can prevent them from dealing with these women or rental agency.E. I value responsiveness and professionalism when I hire property managers. Real Property Renfrew did not disappoint. I was frequently informed of all issues with my unit and/or tenants promptly. Towards the tail end of our relationship, we did have an issue with one of the contractors who cleaned my unit, but Real Property Management handled it both admirably and responsibly. I would highly recommend Real Property to anyone seeking a legitimate and valuable property manager.

Our experience with Real Property was top-notch. From the move-in to the move-out, everyone we encountered was friendly and efficient. Karen had been our main contact, and was always a delight & fun to chat with. On our move-out, we had dealings with Wes and John. John, who was showing our place to potential tenants, was absolutely wonderful & endured the long days at our place with a smile & great attitude. This was during covid, and John was excellent at disinfecting and making sure people coming into our home were masked. Wes was super efficient and easy to work with on our move-out inspection. Overall, a really wonderful team and I'm sad to leave them behind.

Wes is amazing to deal with. He works hard to get his clients help in the quickest way and is so easy to work with. He is also funny and authentic which makes each interaction fun!!!!

Excellent service by Team Real Property Management Argos. Huy the property manager was very helpful in getting the apartment sorted as well as explained everything in detail and gave a good tour of the apartment along with helping me sort the documentation in a very smooth manner. I would definitely recommend trying their service. Overall Excellent.

I have been working with Karen Luu for the past year and I can honestly say that I have no reservations in recommending her and Real Property Management RenfrewKaren is professional, prompt with replies, courteous, understanding.She works hard to insure the best tenants are chosen and any service to those tenants are delivered correctly.The staff are very prompt with payment and delivery of documentation.I sleep well at night knowing Karen and her team are looking after my investment.

Karen and Huy were managing the property we rented. They were aware of the constant humming in the apartment so they turned on the furnace so we wouldn't notice the noise. Completely conned us.
