I have received excellent service from this company. I have visited other locations of Dynacare and again received the same excellent service from the staff. Elaine Johnson drew blood from me and she is amazing at what she does. Always smiling and very gentle in how she treats her patients. She is very valuable to the company and would recommend her anytime.

First of all the waiting time is not long, second, you can see on the screen your waiting time and your turn, third; staff were friendly and polite. That’s the best experience I had for having a blood test.

Got there with my daughter, we both waited about 15 mins which was awesome but better than that was the nurse that draws the blood, her name was Sunny! She was absolutely amazing, she was gentle and knew that I have anxiety with drawing blood, she did it super quick ( I had 8 tubes of blood) didn’t hurt and she talked to me the entire time to keep me distracted! Thank you Sunny!

I went in on a Sunday when it was quite busy and expected to wait for a long time. I was with my 2.5 year old son who was the one needing blood work. They weren't sure if they would be able to take his blood, so they took us into a room to check his veins etc., ahead of time and then just took us in from there once they knew they could! Lillian was very sweet and gentle with my son, we can't thank her and the team there enough!

Today I had my best blood test experience ever with Sunny in Dynacare. The last time I took a blood test somewhere else it was really bad and I was kind of scared of taking a blood test again. She was very calm and supportive and did her job in a way I never saw before. Sunny I really appreciate your patience and support.

Stay away from this place. I came to this place to draw my blood 3 times and each time I gave them the benefit of doubt but I have to say this the worst lab I have ever been to.Most of them don’t know what they are doing. Every time I get poked 3 or more times. Most of the staff with few exceptions are rude and disrespectful and this last time the employee said that I am making her nervous and that is why she can not perform. This is the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard from a professional nurse who can not do her job.Finally Pantea was so helpful and kind to help me out. I am so grateful for her being there because I almost cried.

Today I got my blood work done here and this was the worst one I experienced in Dynacare. This is the first time doing my blood work in this location and I got 3 needles - 1 per arm and 1 left hand. Now I have 3 bruises. Will never go there again. I will go back to the Major Mac. Location at Dufferin and Major Mac. ☹️

The website encourages you to use their online checking system, but it does not make a difference in the wait time at all so it is pointless. Even though I checked in online and got here on time, I still waited 50 minutes when I arrived here. Parking is very busy, so plan to spend at least 5-10 minutes just to find a spot.

Even on a Sunday, it only took a few minutes. Sunny was a GREAT technician, very nice and informative.I'm not impressed that you charge to have your customers see their results!Over all the experience was very good, let us see your results for free and this place would be OUTSTANDING!
