Worst company, employees don't care about customers. No coordination among them. Also company phone is out of service so no communication either

High stress, low pay. Avoid working here. Equipment is old and falling apart. Dock door plates are failing and like to ride up and catch employees off guard.They will write you up for anything.

Speedy is a top level carrier with high level personnel, equipment and business practices. Speedy is continuously looking for ways to implement efficiencies and new technology, as well as ways to coach and train their people. Over the 18+ years I have worked here, I have been given several different opportunities to continue to grow myself and my career. Great people to work with whom have become some of my closest friends. Each day holds a new challenge, which makes it exciting each and every day!

Very professional, state of the art facility, 80 very busy dock doors to handle the continuous growth!

Most of the office staff is over worked, good people just worn out by working long days.

I had a package for delivery which they were not able to do because of their mistake after I want there to pick it up they were very on organized and I had to wait there then they were telling me that they need authorization from sender which was kind of BS then the manager of a plan we had a little bit of altercation over the phone then he walk out very aggressively in the middleIn of COVID-19 Restriction he just walk to my face I had a feeling that he will he’s gonna punch me in the face I call the Police steel they did not give me my package and they deliver it and they charge me $70 for a delivery do not use this company if you have an alternative

I had a couple of issues with this company delivering an item from Costco. First the item stated when I ordered it that it would be delivered to the threshold" of my home however to Speedy this only means in your garage and not the front door. The description when ordering clearly stated inside the front door as an option but they would not honour it only acknowledge it says that but they won't do it.The second issue is I set up a delivery time with the agent via e-mail and made sure I was home for the delivery. Due to the agent incompetence they didn't read in the e-mail the time I stated so I had to re schedule a delivery with them and waste more of my own personal time.I would not recommend this company for any sort of delivery if you want your clients to have a pleasant experience."
