Very pleasant and capable front desk staff, efficient check-in and short wait time to be seen by a physician. The physician that I saw was knowledgeable and caring. Very much appreciated under any circumstances but even more so when you are without a family doctor. The facility itself is clean and well-lit.I would highly recommend this clinic for walk-in medical care.

Scheduled an appointment months ahead. Received a call 10 days prior reminding me of the appointment aswell of the of the late cancellation policy. Arrived 20 mins early for my appointment and was told my appointment had been cancelled and rescheduled for 3 months later. After reaffirming that’s impossible she tells me “well that’s what’s the computer says so you must have called and cancelled it” So if you enjoy taking a day off work and driving 45 mins to an appointment that they can reschedule and give to someone else, being told tough luck, and being talked to like she couldn’t care any less, then by all means this is the place to go.

I've read the reviews of others, and I can't really confirm the bad stuff I've read. The only thing that wasn't great worth mentioning, is the nurse that sees you when you first go into see the doctor seemed like she couldn't care any less. Other than that, the clinic is good, and the wait times are very reasonable.

Doctors & nurses are amazing, but the receptionists are terrible, I called the clinic this morning twice & in the middle of the conversation she hung-up the phone!!!That happened twice to me this morning, if that was un-intentional mistake, then she could call me back cuz she has my full info. but she didn’t !! The receptionists are always not cooperative & always show dis-respect to the patients!! I’m rating 1 star & going to escalate this issue to the in-charge person.

Found out this morning that this location is no longer a walk-in clinic. The other location on Grosvernor (?) is apparently, however, it is 20 minutes away, one way. This city is hurting for reliable walk-in clinics, and actual family doctors as a whole. Costs money to drive around searching, only to come up empty. Pardon the pun. Have a terrific day!

Reception workers did not wear masks but saw that I wore mine and put one on. With a waiting room full of the freshest new babies it just seems like a no Brainer

Very clean, masks available for free. I got right in to see the Dr Vladars and he was super kind and informative. Painless procedure and would definitely recommend him to others!

Dr Rahal is the best doctor I have ever had. We've had our ups and downs but I'm a difficult case to figure out. He's been patient with me and understanding, and I truly appreciate that. He's been my doctor for.. around 4-5 years now. I'm happy that he is. He's very thorough and really cares about his patients, even when they're impossible, lol. I don't know what I'd do without ya, Dr Rahal. Let's hope I never have to find out.-Courtney C

When we walked in, me and my mother had to wait around 7 minutes as I was in pain and got tired of standing as I was sick and the receptionist took her sweet time back to the front desk, not even a hello or “i’m sorry for the wait” when she returned. She than laughed at us as I was clearly very tired and said we would’ve “saved her some time” if we answered the question correctly, which her question was not specific overall. She was very rude to me and my mother and had no patience. Other than that, the doctor was extremely kind and made me feel comfortable and helped out a lot. The receptionist made me not want to return to this walk-in clinic ever again.
