Purchased a older home that needed a HVAC charge for a older unit. Tech arrived, tested and verified the unit was low on pressure and left without giving me the option if I wished to proceed with the recharge. I had to call another company to actually do the work before our guests arrived to 100 degree temperatures. I still received a bill for services not performed. I'll be looking elsewhere for a new HVAC unit. Service charges should be waived for customers who are not given an option or are unable to have their unit serviced due to company or any other policy.

Our air conditioning went out last night and family was on their way over for the weekend. So this morning we called 3 businesses for help. One was booked 3 weeks out, one didn’t return our call and Cascade said they would be out in the afternoon. It was an easy fix and we are back in business. Thank you Cascade!

Cascade Mechanical put in our original heating system about 15 years ago and did a great job. Now we have added a heat pump to the system and we couldn’t be more pleased. The guys were efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. We highly recommend this company.

The installers were knowledgeable and had immense integrity for what they did. I was very pleased with the workmanship and their commitment. The office staff was great on committing to being there when they said they would be there. I will definitely use them again as a contractor in this town.

16 yr old outside a/c had a bad smell into our home. Cascade Mech came out within 10 days. Other companies said 2 months. Cascade tech identified the part needed and would come back within next week after ordering part. Part put in and works very well. Great service and we are happy with the bill too.

We purchased our heat pump and air conditioner from Cascade Mechanical. They are professional, know their business and do a great job. They don’t try to tell you things are wrong when they are not.We’ve been customers for 6 years and use them every year for a great priced maintenance service.

Cascade Mechanical to the rescue!! Chris did an excellent job today getting our unit up and running- we have AC again. We called them earlier today (Friday) and he came out and stayed until past 5pm to get our heat pump working. They honored their work from last year and I really appreciate that!!

Cascade’s technician came out to inspect our HVAC before sale of our residence. He discovered a wiring problem that had reduced our heating capacity by one third. Refrigerant was also low. The Tech explained his findings and proposed remedies clearly, sought my approval, then corrected the faults. He was thoughtful, civil and articulate.

Cascade Mechanical has been maintaining my AC system for years and they are always very polite and helpful. I appreciate the call when the technician on their way.My schedule is fairly busy, and they always seem to be flexible enough to make it work for both of us.I believe they are locally owned, so their strong work ethic and sense of ownership of customer satisfaction is top notch.
