Catcouver are the best cat sitting service period. We used to have a lot of anxiety about leaving our cats behind and would avoid leaving town for this reason. However since we've found Catcouver we can actually leave town or go on vacation with peace of mind. Catcouver is an amazing service and I can’t say enough about the care and talents of Andrea! I have 2 kitties - one with FIP that needs daily injections and wound care - and when she was diagnosed I booked a session with Andrea to teach me how to give the injections. Her skill, knowledge and practical techniques have been so helpful in supporting my confidence.I then booked several days of cat sitting service that included the daily injections, wound care and oral medications and again, the service was amazing! Andrea and her Catcouver colleagues took exceptional care of my fur babies. I had daily updates and pictures which was so appreciated. Booking service and communication with the team was prompt and seamless.I highly recommend Catcouver and will be booking their services in future!

I had an excellent experience with Catcouver and their cat sitter, Sandi. Every email was responded to promptly and during our meet and greet, Sandi took rigorous notes to ensure the best care of my kitty. While I was away, I got daily pictures and videos with little updates on what my kitty was doing that day. I will definitely be using Catcouver again and will be requesting Sandi if I can. We had a wonderful experience with Catcouver. Our catsitter (Meg) did a fantatic job taking care of my two furbabies. They are very shy and rraumatized kitties and she handled them very well. Great experience with Catcouver! From our intial email to our return home all communiction with Catcouver was great. All emails and inquiries were responded to quickly and clearly, and it was easy to set up key drop off/pick up and the intial meeting. Meg looked after our little buddy with great care and sent us updates daily with photos and detailed accounts of how he was doing. Fantastic service that offers peace of mind while travelling.
