Amazing staff that care about the patients. They have been so helpful to me especially over this holiday season. And they are open every day. Even Christmas. I recommend this pharmacy first.

Whenever i try to refill a prescription here it takes upward of 1 hour. After i go up and ask about it, the reason is they forgot to call me. Perhaps they simply forgot about my medication too. (?) Why bother offering to callback if they forget to? And if i were to try to renew the prescription when i got no doses left, am i supposed to suffer 1 hour for it? I think the staff at this location needs more billing & transferring training. It will cost me more to use another location, since this end can't handle transfers apparently.

The pharmacy gives a prefferencial treatment to the part of the public based on certain group gathered believers".This unexpected approach is unacceptable in any circumstances. Such top -to- bottow atittudes undermine the fairness of public health

I love the ladies at this location. I use this shoppers for Canada Post shipping for my small business so I visit a few times a week sometimes everyday. They are always very busy with customers and scanning items as fast as they can in between. Yet being so busy they still take time to answer my crazy questions and give the best customer service I always feel satisfied when I leave this location. Not frazzled or like I did something wrong in brining 6,7,8 or 10 parcels to be shipped.

I went to the cosmetics counter and received fantastic service. I don't wear makeup but had a wedding to attend and the lady working there helped set me up. I was so thrilled with the results and would definitely recommend coming here for cosmetics.

The regular staff is amazing and full of hard working people. But those people are punished by management and the owner. I have seen lemonade stands better paid and better staffed. Those few souls left working give what they can and the store just takes more from them cutting hours and increasing work load. From there old small location to this big one staff has been cut and they require the few people to do twice the work.

Great security here. Very friendly and lots of presence in the store.The actual Shoppers had a lot of paging going on. It was frankly a little irritating as it went on for the entire ten minutes I was in there; “Pharmacy please call 101”.The self checkout was easy, and the team member at the cosmetics counter was knowledgeable and engaged during our interaction.

Very bad place to shop, I will never go back there. Zero customer service, zero help with anything. They see you coming towards them and they go the other way and hide. Get ready to scan all your items yourself because the til is deserted. I can’t believe they’re in business. I’m giving them a star only because it won’t work with no stars.

I can confidently say that I have never received such shocking customer service. In trying to coordinate with the Pharmacy, I have spent upwards of 4 full hours on hold over the course of the past three days, and have been hung up on by the pharmacy more than twenty times.The sympathetic customer service worker taking my let me know that I can speak to the owner to complain about this experience but there is nothing she can do. However, she also informed me that the owner is the lead Pharmacist. I would say that this standard of treatment is comfortable accepted by the person who would, one might guess, want to keep his clientele happy.This is about ONE question that I need answered, a thirty second question at most. Over the course of several days, the pharmacy could not deign to answer my call or offer any opportunity to leave a message.I'm just stunned.Edit: It's quite interesting that the Owner addressed each complaint below, yet he directed me (having requested responsibility from the same) to the Shoppers conglomerate complaint line. Hmm.

Was shopping in the cosmetic section, and Adelynn helped me out! She was very helpful, and gave great recommendations for beauty products. She has a great attitude and doesn’t hesitate to ask customers if they need help!
