Jin Hair Salon

I have been to Jin Hair Salon a few times now and realized I have yet to leave a review. Got my peekaboo hair done by Grace today that turned out 100% amazing. Grace always takes very good care of my hair, is super knowledgeable, and kind (and so are the rest of the staff)! I will always come back here to Jin Hair Salon to have my hair done. :)I also brought my bf together with me to get his haircut at this salon for the first time and he loved his haircut too!

I am actually so sad about my haircut. I had the same experience as another girl who wrote a review on here. I came here once before and the girl who did my haircut was amazing, so I thought I would come back again. She gave me the the perfect haircut and I told her I was trying to grow my hair out so she did the best cut that would look good even when it was grown out. This time when I called to book an appt the lady told me that that stylist was no long working there and she assured me that they had a new stylist with years of experience who could cut my hair. I agreed, and I regret it so much. I went in and showed her a picture of a girl with long hair and face framing layers, long non layered hair in the back. I told her I was trying to grow my hair long. She told me she didn’t understand English very well so I tried my best to explain in a way she’d understand. As she was cutting my hair I noticed she cut huge chunks of my hair out and it was too late to say anything. At the end when she curled my hair it looked good, but I had told her I do not use hair straighteners or curlers so I’m not sure how it would look at home. I felt bad so I told her it looked good, and she didn’t understand anything I was saying so I just pretended I was happy with it and left. As soon as I washed my hair a few days after I looked at my hair in the mirror and cried for hours. My long hair that I had spent about a year growing out had been ruined. I am so incredibly depressed. There is literally such short hair in the back of my head now. That is irreversible. It cannot be fixed. More cutting will just ruin my hair even more. I will not be coming back to this salon, and I think it was also lost in translation and not entirely her fault but I need a stylist who understands what I want. & not just goes ahead and cuts hair without making sure that’s what I want first. If you don’t speak Korean I don’t recommend coming here. ( coming from an Asian person )

Jin Hair Salon is the best salon I've ever been to. It's the only place where I always walked out happy with my hair. Grace is a phenomenal stylist. All staff are very nice, and the quality of the work they do is excellent and a good value for the price.

I had my haircut done by Eric and I'm very satisfied with it. Eric is not only knowledgeable about hairstyling and haircut but he also makes my haircut fit for my lifestyle by asking questions like would I usually tie my hair for work or just let it down?"He also made very good recommendation about product in lieu of treatment which I could use in the comfort of my home at a lower price with the same result. It was a nice experience with LucyHaving an amazing cut within a really short time. Would like to suggest all to get service from them. Loving my new hair cut!!

Exceptional customer service and my hair turned out better than I could ever imagine. My stylist managed to transform my reddish brown hair to a golden blonde in a few hours. Grace is beyond talented and I will be returning!

Worst experience ever. I brought a couple of pictures for the style I wanted and showed her H.In the end, my hair is too short, especially the top. The nape as well. Both sides are of different lengths. I can’t even arrange or fix myself as I used to be a hairdresser. She(H) handled equipment skills highly, but all things considered, she is the worst hairdresser ever. She didn’t show me the backside when I was leaving.

Leanna knows what she was doing and exceeded my expectation. I was just visiting Victoria and decided to do my hair and came across this salon and I’m glad I did. Great service and accommodating staff!

Went for a Japanese Straightening with Lucy a couple days ago and I can say it is the best service I've ever received! Loved the result, my hair looks even more healthier than before and I had never been happier after leaving a hair salon
