Basically a parking lot with small RV pads, WiFi generally doesn't work, shower can't be adjusted, you do get 10 minutes for a dollar (the camp host informed us the time was reduced) , but I literally can't stand under it because of how hot it is. Wife says the same thing for the women's shower. Seriously, it is not difficult or expensive to install temperature control in a total of 6 showers. I'm certain every one here would pay extra for that basic feature. For how nice of a look you are obviously going for, you cut some ridiculously obvious corners (winters are as cold as - 30c and summer gets hotter than 45c, who made the decision for a mono-temperature shower in a climate with upwards of 75 degree temperature difference between seasons?)It is clean, but has a very busy highway about 200 meters down hill: nothing blocking the roar of freight trucks. Or sirens. Or the whir of smart car tires. It has full hook up at ~650/month, so better than Walmart parking lot. I hear they might plant some trees at some point, and I haven't heard any late night music or partying, probably because the highway blocks it out. I'll improve to 3 stars once those trees show up.

The only good thing about this park is the location and it is clean. I scalded myself when I took a paid shower. So did another lady. The manager was nice whenI called and said he would forward the information on to the owner. I just hope no one has children. You're in a parking lot setting. Lots are flat and long enough.

Friendly staff and a nice big site. It’s a little utilitarian. No plants or trees to speak of, just gravel and hookups. Also a little close to the highway making it noisy with truck traffic 24/7 but easy access so it’s a wash.

Very clean and well maintained RV park. Many long term guests. Absolutely no privacy and almost no green at all. Compared to nearby places fair pricing. Good option for a one-night-stopover for regular tourists who just need to sleep there and want full hook up for a good price. Also when everything else seemed booked out, we got a spot here without hassle. Nice host.

This campground is new ,it is nice the fella that looks after it is very nice and friendly.Very nice bathrooms and showers like I said everything is new. The showers have one temperature which is ok but it might need to be turned down a little. It could use picnic tables at each site.I would highly recommend this place if your staying for a few days.

Very basic lots with full service. The campground is very clean. The marble tile washrooms are spotless. The coin-op marble tile showers are uber clean. A single loonie gets a long hot shower!

Raven’s nest RV Park in Westbank BC reviewI full-timed here. The park is in decent shape and fairly new. The bathroom building is new and like a resort with nice tile and marble. A pay shower is $1 (loonies only) and gives you 16 minutes of a good hot shower, with excellent water pressure. However you cannot control the temperature and some find it too hot. Forget about taking a cold shower if you find that invigorating or believe in the health benefits of such. There are no shortcuts to the bathroom/shower facility/laundry room and you must walk around the entire circumference of the park. The Wifi is basically unusable and I needed to get my own Shaw hookup. The pads are gravel with no shade trees which comes with advantages and disadvantages - back in your trailer and there are no trees to hit or scrape, but nothing for those seeking shade in the hot summer. The gravel pads result in constant dirt, gravel and mud tracked into your unit. The laundry facilities are reasonably priced, however you must buy a prepaid card and load it using a debit card. The machines are new and wash and dry well. There is a large washer and a large dryer and several smaller washer dryer combos. If you lose the card the park will not reimburse you. A full service site with 30 amp power, water, sewer and 20 cable channels is $650 a month. This is a good value with many parks charging $900+ and requiring a credit card. There are no contracts which is both an advantage and disadvantage. The park restricts older RVs, so if your unit is not 2000 or newer you may be out of luck. Generally speaking the RV Park community is very friendly and helpful with people from diverse backgrounds and all walks of life. The disadvantages are the maim detractor with no signed contract and no published rules. You must have an in person interview to see if the camp host approves you. This is on first nations private land and neither the provincial nor first nations tenancy has any control over what the park operator does. The current camp host is very bullying, He has behaved this way to a number of residents. Items such as gazebos, campsite cleanliness, adherence to guidelines on skirting, painting and landscaping are not clear. The camp host will gaslight you by advising that “he told you when you moved in” about certain rules (which don’t exist in writing and we’re never explained), holding over you the constant treat of eviction. The park has no permanent structures stated on its website, yet a number of people have these structures and don’t seem to have any issues. As well you are expected to keep your site weed free, but the park does not provide any tools to do so. Skirting must be vinyl or plywood (painted) and no chipboard, but again many have chipboard and unpainted skirting. I seems different rules apply for each person depending on wether the camp host likes you or not. And be sure not to comment about this or you will be cut off and threatened with eviction. He also operates on hearsay if one comment of negativity is made about you, not stopping to ask you for details or do any research on your side of the story. This gives the park very negative vibe and for that reason I would not recommend staying here for any length of time.
