We are happy with our countertops; however, after install I noticed a large round ring left from the suction cups during install. I could not get them off. I reached out to Lakeside and they ignored my request for help. I had to research on my own and ended up taking acetone to my brand new countertops to remove the suction cup stain. Also, one section was cut too short. I let Lakeside know that I wanted it fixed and they never responded. Finally, I asked about a short backsplash to be installed on a wall to make it look more finished. Again, Lakeside ignored me. Overall, the countertop are nice but if you go with Lakeside and need help after install, prepare to be ghosted. Once they have your money, you are dead to them apparently. Still haven’t heard back and I’ve been trying for a month!

Our recent experience with Lakeside has been excellent. From our first visit to their Grand Rapids showroom, through the process of measuring for, creating and revising the template, to the final installation, everyone was friendly and very professional. Our installation team of Rodney and Rich did a wonderful job. They were so enjoyable to work with. We really appreciated the care they took of our home and their attention to detail. They explained the various steps involved in doing the install. The outcome is beautiful. We highly recommend Lakeside and especially the team of Rodney and Rich. They got the job done right and didn’t leave until everyone was satisfied.

The Crew at Lakeside did an awesome job! They couldn't have done a better job setting expectations. Communication was fast and informative. They have a great product and did what they said they were going to do. Jon did a great job consulting with us. CJ did a great job with the install. I loved how timely and efficient the process was. They came out for consultation and within the week I had them on order for fabrication. I think entire process was 2.5 weeks. They were knowledgeable and gave you everything you needed to prepare and what to expect throughout the entire process. I would recommend for anyone I know.

Josh, Spencer, Mike and Cody were professional with our counter top installation.They answered my questions and explained the process of install. They were very neat and cleaned up as they went. They also gave our dog some extra attention.We love the new counters!
