Deerfoot Inn & Casino

Saw The Irish Rovers in concert. Still as fabulous as ever. My hands hurt from clapping to all the tunes, and my jaw hurt from singing and laughing at the jokes that were told. Sure did bring back a lot of memories from when I watched them on TV when I was a wee girl. The concert stage was big enough for the whole band, the audience was comfortably placed and spaced, not packed together like sardines.

The rooms are clean. The beds are comfy. The ensuite jacuzzi is relaxing. The swimming pool is kids friendly. The casino is entertaining. The food in their restaurants are delicious. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant experience. The staff was nice and room and shower were great. No problems. Highly recommend!

Used to be good, but the rooms are showing their age, and attention to detail is sorely lacking. I would not recommend it, other than for the Sunday brunch.I booked a Valentine's Day package, which would lead one to assume the booking was for two people. The room presented us with one glass in the washroom, one chocolate mint, and one small bottle of water. Were we supposed to share those items?At check-in, I had to sign off on responsibility for a tablet that was provided with the room. All well and good, if one actually existed in the room. None was made available, and though I didn't need a tablet, I also didn't want to be held responsible for something that didn't exist. At check out I had my second discussion with reception staff about this and was told not to worry about it. I would have preferred to have been presented with the original paperwork so we could not the tablet had not been provided, and both reception and myself print and sign our names to confirm such. That wasn't offered.Our room was on the west side of the hotel, which means you get a significant amount of loud traffic noise from Deerfoot Trail and Barlow Trail... especially trucks engine braking. That quiets down after midnight when the truck traffic stops for the night.This was our third time staying at the Deerfoot Inn & Casino, and it will also be our last. It used to be a good place, but that's now history. I would not in any way recommend this establishment unless you have no other options for accommodations.

We've stayed many times now and keep returning for the comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The only problem is there aren't any handicap accessible rooms with grab bars, toilets and beds designed for someone in a wheelchair. We have been able to make it work but it's becoming more difficult as our handicapped relative gets worse.

I've not stayed here but occasionally go for drinks/dinner. The food is ok. Wish they had beers on tap. The servers though are amazing. Especially at the Cactus Lounge. Some of the most endearing people you'll meet in these jobs and that makes us keep going back

Make sure to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't be let down.The rooms are clean. The beds are comfy.
