1 ) This business BOUGHT Martel & Fils 's business name. It's not the same business or people operating it. 2 ) The person tried a crook tech using semantics in order to try selling me a 300$ complete lockset as I came in for a simple lock barrel exchage-replacement. 3 ) Person asked twice the current market price for replacement arguing he would throw away my perfectly functionnal lock. He kept both keys I handled him which proves he was in fact going to keep the lock for another customer as it it the custom. 4 ) Person asked 25 $ per keys ( I needed 5 125$ ). Those keys are nothing special ; everybody else ask 5 $ for the same service. Lost my time.

Mal honnête. J'ai récemment eu à changer la combinaison de mes portes d'entrée et je me suis fait charger trois fois le prix donné au téléphone. J'avais même demandé un estimé deux fois et j'avais eu la même réponse. Aller ailleurs!

I brought a Thule cargo box last week that had a broken key stuck inside the lock...they fixed it and did a fantastic job. Very fast and professional.The price they charged me was more than fair.I was very happy.

Although the rate of 135$ might seem high, I am extremely pleased with the professional work done on a broken/stuck latch on one of my doors. Resolved the problem quickly, when you are not able to resolve by yourself, call in the professionals.
