Coming into never been to an army store in my life, thou the person who who works the front till was not judgmental. As well allowing me to try on clothing. Apparently, this place is the only army store in Edmonton; that has been around the longest.

Good gear at reasonable prices.A homeless family with nothing more than the shirts on their backs could walk in there with just a few thousand dollars & walk out with all the gear necessary to stay safe, warm and dry, hunt down some food, cook it up, sleep comfortably, and do it all again 364 more times that year in whatever conditions muther nature can lay out for them!

Helpful staff and great prices! Lots of surplus and new gear for pretty much any need. They saved my family costume last minute this past halloween, and I found a piece I'd been looking for for ages.The only downside, which isn't much the fault of the store, is they don't always have stock of certain sizes of surplus. I imagine it's more supplier side, hence why I kept this review as 5/5. They restock enough that you're likely to find something eventually!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff a great place to buy and engrave (dog) tags (as they are called). Highly recommended. One of my favorite stores from now on.
