Fancy Sweetz Bakery

I wish I could give Fancy Sweetz ten stars!! I live in Washington state and wanted to get a special Mother’s Day cake for my mother in Traverse City. My mom and I both love the Great British Bake Off and I saw, through a Google search, that Fancy Sweetz makes the beautiful entremee cakes with a mirror glaze, like in the show!! I contacted them to make a cake for my mom and the owner Ralitsa got right back to me and put together a whole Mother’s Day package for me! She got flowers, card, balloon and of course made the beautiful cake, and then personally delivered it to my mom on Mother’s Day! So blown away by her level of kindness and service, especially since I live so far from my family. I got the Berry Me cake and my parents said it was fabulous, very professional patisserie. Victoria sponge, light vanilla mousse, berries… omg I absolutely can’t wait to try these cakes when I come for my next visit! Thanks again for making this a Mother’s Day my mom and I will always remember :)

These cakes are amazing! They are beautiful and have an incredible taste you won't fine anywhere else! Ralitsa puts 110% into each piece making each one her own special piece of art for you to share with your special one! I absolutely love the cake that was made for my b-day on v-day. It had a flower on it that was made out of white chocolate! I also got a chocolate heart that looked absolutely amazing. Everything tasted so unbelievably unique and great!

The double chocolate cake was amazing! The best cake I’ve ever had! I highly recommend these cakes because they are works of art made with love. Worth the price! Treat yourself!
