Great service. Had to rent a shower bench following hip surgery. It was delivered promptly - in great condition and was picked up with the same prompt service. They made the whole process simple and easy.

Very nice at the beginning but terrible at serving the products. Very unprofessional and very difficult to deal with if you have a problem with the products.Update- I received a phone call about my review and now this reply. I never lived in your area and my review is not about driving to you about the issue it’s about how you get a different tone and a different customer service experience if you have an issue with the products. Add to that how is my product was out of warranty? The battery died within 3 months of purchasing and I was told it’s under warranty. Today is the first I heard of that it was after the warranty. I wish you focus on providing better experience after the purchase rather than finding reasons of why you didn’t provide good customer service.
