Don't waste your time and money on cheap fly by night concrete guys, and there are a lot of them out there. They will say whatever it takes to get the job and then let you down every step of the way. Yep - I've been burned on multiple occasions so it was with great trepidation that I decided to have our pool deck redone in stamped concrete. I had 4 different concrete companies" come over to quote the job and was not impressed by any of them

Craig did a great job on our new walkway and front step. He was great in communicating what the plan was going to be and followed through on the timelines promised. We contacted ACM Concrete Designs in autumn of 2018 to advise us on how to deal with a cracked and crumbling concrete front porch on a 100 year old house. Craig Chumley promptly came to the house and based on our ideas, came up with a great design solution. We received a detailed and fair estimate right away and knew we were in good hands. Craig and the ACM team showed up as promised in May 2019 to begin the job. They efficiently dealt with the removal/preparation of the old porch. Their reconstruction work was well organized. They were on the jobsite and communicated with us daily as the project progressed. They kept the worksite orderly and safe during the construction process. They also took care with the surrounding garden areas. Craig and his team went out of their way throughout the job, to make sure that we were pleased with their work. Their friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience very positive. The new aggregate porch exceeds our expectation and greatly enhances the curbside appearance of our home. We have had many compliments from neighbours and passersby. As the neighbour of one of their recent projects in Elmira, I was very impressed with ACM. Not only did they do a great job of the sidewalk & patio, but they were extremely courteous towards us. Since the wind was blowing our direction, the owner knocked on our door to suggest we briefly close our 2nd storey window due to concrete dust they were going to be generating while doing some concrete cutting that was required. I was quite impressed with this and very much appreciated the awareness & thoughtfulness of this act; even though we weren't the paying customer.

Extremely satisfied with the work done on the driveway, not the cheapest service(had about 6-7 quotations varying from 3600 to 10000) but worth every dollar! Craig is professional and well organized, team is doing nice job and cleaning after they finished. Highly recommended!
