Sales person absolutely unprofessional this people doing lots of illegal work we came out to visit one of the property on Richmond Hill (63 Beaufort hill) after finding his illegal construction and wrong doing we decide to advise him to follow the law and make everything with permit we had took some pictures from the wrong doing for our record and soon as he found he went aggressive and attacked us and took our phone we had to call the police on him and report him to ministery of labor and city we will going to open a case against him dont trust this people

With my latest sale, we sold my home quickly (one week), and well over asking price! Hanan Keliny will do NOTHING but waste your time. List a property at one price and tell you a whole other price when it comes down to do paperwork.Shes a greedy untrustworthy seller. I would NOT do business with this scammer, absolutely illegal, unethical and unprofessional.Absolutely ridiculous.

This company does not check the employees credentials. They hire employees that are not responsible and have not checked if they are responsible or qualified for the position. I was terrified of 3 psw and they were not really psw. They didn't protect me at all. They took everything from me ( money in my bank medical equipment jewelry coins) everything is gone. Please don't ever use Right at Home Nurses Services. This happened to me. I am not taking about any nursing psw that have actually gone to school and obtain their diploma and companies who are there and take great care of their patients.

Agent failed to do any due diligence on her clients. Her clients made an offer on our home and was accepted. They failed to deliver the deposit and the only information the agent had was a phone number. No ID confirmation, no address, no lawyer name or contact information, no pre-approved mortgage letter from a bank..... nothing. This has caused a great deal of stress, loss of money in the sale of our home and loss opportunity to purchase a home we wanted. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND NOT USING OR ACCEPTING ANY OFFERS FROM THIS BROKERAGE.

What I can say is: if you ever had a choice from 1000 realtors with Arshadh among them, pick Arshadh and you will never regret, as this realtor possesses the best qualities the real estate agent could have. He is highly professional, honest, responsive, humble as he would never praise himself for the things he has done for you.
