My husband and I are thrilled with the results of our den transformation. Out with the old wood burning fireplace and in with the new linear gas fireplace and built-in book cases. Amanda is a fantastic designer who helped me see my vision come to life and Shawn is an outstanding cabinet maker who left nothing unfinished or unthought of. Our only regret is that we should have done this years ago...

Timely estimate and job start time. Our super challenging, 2 sided fireplace with a lookout window above, took some team collaboration between Amanda and Sean but it turned out amazing! Every step of this process was made so much easier (and better) by both Charles and Vivian. All installers and contractors were top notch. I am beyond thrilled with this transformation. I would highly recommend!

Our fireplace remodel is complete. Everything exceeded our expectations. Charles and Amanda were a pleasure to deal with and Shawn did an outstanding job with the install. With the TV mounted on the stone wall we feel like we have a new TV. The picture looks much bigger and brighter. We can’t thank Ontario Hearth enough.

We did work for this company and have never had a worse client experience in my life! I strongly suggest not buying anything from them. We did a repair on their lift table ( 20 k piece of specialized equipment ) and charged them $ 400 for unseizing the lips that lift up and down and they are saying we ripped them off ! I think any normal person would think $ 400 is reasonable if not very fair for two techs to repair something wouldnt you agree?

Was an absolute pleasure dealing with Amanda and her team. They were all very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. They work with the customer at all times to accommodate our schedules. The whole experience from beginning to end, including assistance with choices and giving opinions on better options was outstanding. Project was completed on time and workers were always punctual. Pricing was very competitive. We would definitely recommend Ontario Hearth Fireplace to anyone.

From our initial consultation until competed installation the showroom staff and installers were very professional and extremely helpful.We could not be happier with our fireplace and stone surround. It has added warmth and comfort to our living room.

In Nov. 2018 we had a Bellfires" gas fireplace installed . What a great purchase .... love the quality

I ran across Ontario Hearth after another contractor completely botched my fireplace job. As I was away at the time I had the work done I didn't realize he did not insulate until winter arrivwed (several months later). The room was at least 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house and the remote control unit in the fireplace froze from the cold and was inoperable. That contractor refused to claim any responsibility so I finally decided to bite the bullet and simply pay for another complete rebuild. Ontario Hearth was amazing. They were all so professional. from the showroom visit, to the design and advance, to the old fireplace demolition to the new construction. A quality, professional job all the way around, and extremely fair and friendly staff as well. Would highly recommend this team!

Charles is an absolute pleasure to work with – extremely knowledgeable and could tell exactly what we were looking for (even though in the beginning we were not even sure ourselves!) and what would look fabulous in our living room. The installation team were prompt and extremely courteous and helpful. This is our dream fireplace that we enjoy most evenings and it would not have been possible without that amazing team at Ontario Hearth. Thank you all!
