Just got the high density mattress from them and very pleased with their quality and service. Thank you for the great experience.

It’s comical that the “original owners” are blatantly lying for the sheer fact of attracting customers. The current owners are not original owners, but rather FAMILY of the original owner. I purchased a mattress and endured back pain immediately after sleeping on this mattress. After sleeping on other mattresses that we’re not from this establishment, my back pain suddenly vanished, until sleeping on the mattresses purchased from here. After trying to reach out to the current owner, he proceeded to have read the message (read notification enabled) and found my text to be unanswered. When I tried to call the establishment to speak to him to ask if there is anything that can be done, I was told he would call me back. That was approximately 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for the call back, but extremely interesting that responses to google reviews happen almost immediately. It’s also interesting that in the previous google review, it was mentioned that a “solution” that was provided. How can a solution have been provided with absolutely no communication?The lack of accountability and professionalism is astonishing in this day and age. Save yourself the headache and backache and avoid this place at all costs. I look forward to never coming back and telling everyone I know to steer clear.

I've been buying mattresses from this company for the past 5 years, and all of my mattresses have been excellent. And I recently purchased another mattress from them, which I am really pleased with. Their rates and mattress quality are world-class. I also ordered a customized mattress from them, which was the correct size and quality. I also appreciate their client service. If you're seeking for good quality at an affordable price, I recommend checking them out.

Mattress has sunk at one side completely after just 3 months. I was told it’s a High Density mattress and is the most firm.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Purchased mattresses here for over 20 years, went back to see that the original owner is gone and the new management is operating from the same storefront. Bought my mattress, tried it for weeks and my back pain was awful. This forced me to buy a topper which I wanted to avoid at all costs. I contacted the store who avoided my texts and hid from warrantying their product or performing an exchange. Im now stuck with a mattress I cant use without pain. Go to Costco or buy from somewhere with a decent warranty. AVOID THIS PLACE.
