The worst garage ever...they are a complete rip off!Avoid this place at all costs....the mechanics are incompetent and dishonest.Went is for a power steering pump replacement job and they ended up ruining other parts of the car (belt/pressure line hose)and then it leaked out completely right after leaving the store .They didn't even check if they installed the part properly( no inspection was done after the job).....and when I brought it back they just made up new stories how it's not even their fault.And ended up costing more to redo everything plus a damaged pressure line hose and connectors.Do not recommend going there for car service very incompetent and unprofessional ppl.And horrible customer service.

I have rarely encountered to Canadian tires where the counter staff in the Automobile department is as lazy and inefficient.I went twice to get them to write a quote for the car repairs on my Ford Explorer. The staff member that was there never followed up with his promise to send the quote by email and as a result instead of bringing my car to the garage, I had my car delivered somewhere else and they ended up making $4800 of repairs. If they would hire a little bit more motivated minority staff, I suspect they would do much better.

Canadian tire is like a general store. It covers the basics in diy, sport, mechanical, etc. I bought a knife set with a dresser, but it was too big for my car. So, the transaction had to be canceled. Bought the knives instead. Overall, it's a good place to get basic sporting equipment, paintball and airsoft excluded. The paintball and airsoft products won't cut it in any field. You won't find any Milwaukee or snap-on tools. These are high-end tools for specialized fields. My recommendations are stanley Brands since they served me well in my industrial mechanics days and auto mechanics.

MAKE YOUR RETURNS FIRST BEFORE SHOPPING OR THEY WILL ACCUSE YOU OF STEALING.I did not see anything saying I had to do my returns first at customer service. I also did not see a panel stating CUSTOMER SERVICE at the entrance. Thinking I could do my returns at any regular cash, I went ahead and did my shopping. Once at the cash, I stated I wanted to make a return and was told I had to go to customer service. Here's where it all starts.I gave them my item, unused, clean, and brand new with my receipt. They ask the reason for the return and ask how long I've been in the store. Different workers arrive, they check camera surveillance, they kept asking how long I've been in the store even I've already replied multiple times, my information, what did I do, where was my item before I came in, checking inventory, they were on the phone talking about my case. And all that based on what? Only because I decided to go shop first? After 20 minutes of looking for evidence, they couldn't find anything and let me go; no compensation for the emotional damage they've caused.It is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING to be wrongly accused as they had NO PROOF and I was only there just to shop. This is the first time I've ever dealt with a situation like this. I would've gladly made my return first if I knew about it.Disappointing.

Very good Canadian Tire location. Have never had issues buying, rturning or picking up items. Clean, well spaced out and employees are generally well trained and ready to help.

Staff unable to help, like zombies. Took 4 workers to finally get a key to open a glass case to get my product. Also had my bag searched... as I was purchasing a 300$ product.

Bought a tool chest as I am a tattoo artist - they did not offer a shipping option and the site crashed every time I tried to buy it - then once I finally got to the store - bought it and got it up into my studio - it has the biggest dent Ive ever seen and the idea of bringing it back without a shipping option as a chronically Ill person is nightmarish and terrifying - I had been waiting to buy this chest for months - I wish I could post pictures of how awful it looks :( as a freelancer this is devastating

Avoid this store! You can't trust the online stock numbers, because they say it's in stock, but it's not. Many aisles blocked by pallets of stock they haven't unpacked. Pricing errors, which they refuse to apply the consumer protection law ($10 off) unless you argue and call a manager and threatened with media exposure.Oh, and your treated like a criminal by searching your bag upon exit, even if you bought something.Other Canadian Tire stores treat their customers with respect. Go there instead.

I've been waited more than 1 hour for an inspection but nobody called me. Then asked them should I spend my all day here? They said already done, car is ready to go. Maybe they thought I'm a prophet.
