Right from booking to actual cleaning, the service was outstanding and professional. The person cleaning our rugs was extremely knowledgeable, respectful of our house and professional. As for the rugs - hard to believe 10 year old rugs could look so new given all the spillage and traffic on the rugs. Highly recommend this service!

Amazing service and fantastic results. I never thought the stains on my couch and love seat from 13 years of my dog rubbing her ears on them would ever come out but they did. Will use them again and again for sure.

Rick the technician who has worked for this company for years, was very helpful. We had stains in our carpet that I thought would never be removed. He knew exactly what was needed and all of the stains were completely removed.I would recommend their company and have used them for several years.

These guys consistently do an INCREDIBLE job getting my chairs and couch looking brand new! Two toddlers getting food, liquids and art supplies caked onto my chairs and couch for 6-9 months and then these guys manage to get it off. I think they even got pen marks off once. Also very professional and pleasant staff. Oh, I should probably mention, the couch and chairs are cream and beige. So yes, that stupid light colored carpet u have that's looking black? Yes, these guys will work their magic on it too!

Clayton arrived a little bit early. We discussed how best to proceed as carpets needed to be cleaned in two units and on three floors. He was efficient, friendly and highly professional. He wore a mask already before he approached the door. In today’s Covid climate I cannot think of how his service could be any better. Many thanks. And of course the carpets look great :)

I had a small disaster when a dish of curry spilled on my carpet! A neighbour recommended MacEacherns and Clayton did a fantastic job. I also had my bedroom carpet cleaned and it is amazing. I highly recommend this company.
