I Would give them a 0 stars if it was possible. I Emailed Heather asking for some help in my project. I was looking for a recommendation of what parts I might need and she refused to help. Was incredibly rude. Ive dealt with many suppliers in my time as a house flipper, and Ive never been turned away multiple times with my questions. They are supposed to be the stair experts, and should be able to help. If you can, try to avoid Heather at all cost.
