The roofers finished our hail re roof a couple of hours ago , the new roof looks amazing ,the ridge and valley lines are straight as an arrow . I asked for closed valleys and Ideal explained the pros and cons so I could make an informed decision . Even though it wasn't in their scope of work and they knew I was having the eavestroughs replaced, they went the extra mile and cleaned them out . I checked my entire yard and couldn't find a nail or any trace of garbage . Ideal Insulation & Roofing did an amazing job and Roni and his crew are incredible installers

Although the original appt was changed by the company due to unforeseen issues, they provided a small discount for the inconvenience.Also, the gentlemen’s that came to my home were kind, friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. They all wore slippers over their shoes during the work and vacuumed my floors prior to leaving the property.

I recently purchased my property and was looking to upgrade my attic insulation. I contacted a few different places, but Ideal Insulation was priced right, and the most professional out of the all companies I dealt with. Initially dealt with Mike to set up my quote appointment, and he was super communicative, and asked all the right questions in what work I was wanting done. Greg came out and did my quote, and he was super knowledgable and fantastic to work with. Greg didn't try to push any additional services on me, and answered honestly when it came to all the questions and additional service inquiries I had. Ended up having Ideal complete my attic insulation upgrade to R60 (from R22), and had two bathroom vent hoses upgraded. The work was completed in a timely manner, and they left the home spotless when they were done. On top of all this they were able to save me some money by telling me about the Federal Greener Home Grant which included rebates for Insulation upgrades. Will be using Ideal again in the future for any additional insulation work, and will be reaching out when the time comes to redo my roof.

Mike Wild at Ideal provided great service as our condo had a number of units with deficient attic insulation. He made numerous trips to assess the attic components and identified many with leaking vent connections that caused attic rain.His team was professional in connecting the vents and applying the added insulation.

Mike was very helpful throughout the process of having our attic insulated upgraded. All the options were presented with no pressure. The work crew was really competent and efficient. Very happy with the work done.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company. The sales person, Mike was extremely knowledgeable and showed me photographs of my existing attic insulation and recommendations for the upgrade. The crew who did the work arrived earlier than their scheduled time, which was a bonus and they were very efficient and cleaned up amazingly well at the end. I highly recommend this company.

I used Ideal Insulation to apply spray foam insulation to my some cantilevers on my house which were a source of cold air ingress during the winter. Mike and Adam from the Ideal team were prompt, knowledgeable, and had very competitive pricing. The foam appears well applied with minimal overspray. For anyone with an older home with poorly insulated cantilevers - I will update this review in the winter to report whether this solved my problem.

Recently hired this outfit in April 2023 to insulate my attic and garage, which were not done correctly by the builder and previous contractor. Ideal’s reps from sales to techs were very professional, explained the work, my options, and most importantly, cleaned up their work site afterwards…

I am a 30+ year tradesman myself (albeit not a roofer), and I was in need of new shingles this year. I received 5 quotes from 5 different companies. Not only did Mike from Ideal bring me the best (lowest) quote, but after a quick investigation of my roof and attic (with photos he had taken), he offered solid recommendations and showed me samples. One of the biggest reasons I did choose Ideal over their competitors, was the product. I love the GAF HD Timberline shingle, and the Barkwood colour was perfect for my house. The crew installed the shingles, and I am very impressed. This new roof is a huge improvement. I also decided to upgrade my ceiling insulation at the same time, from R24 to R60, because I saved money just by choosing Ideal over their competitors. The crews were professional, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Ideal Insulation.

I was very impressed with Kevin’s thorough investigation and resulting quote on our little houses insulation needs.He explored our concerns about venting and took many photos to explain to us what was really happening in the attic space.When it came to the day of removal and installation, the 3 men that arrived were on time, efficient, respectful of the premises and completed within the time line quoted.We are very happy with the service we received from Ideal Insulation and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends.Kim Parzen
