CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice London

Debatably my favourite Boba tea in London, never had a bad drink from here. 4’s across the board for Food, Service, Atmosphere, they are great but don’t do anything special or over the top, safe bet!

The atmosphere is good, the dine-in section is bigger. Coco and Chi Chop are side by side to enjoy some food with bubble tea. The only thing was the wait time we waited almost 20 min when we went there around 7:00pm. it was a bit busy with less manpower to serve but the customer service was good.

Delicious bubble tea. It’s better than the Chattime across the intersection. Interior is perfectly laid out for lounging or studying (plenty of plugs) with a nice Taiwanese restaurant inside as well. As soon as they allow indoor dining, I will be spending my late nights studying here.

Love the variety of drinks they have and the different types of toppings. My go to is their Two Ladies (Bubble Milk Tea with pudding and tapioca)There’s also ChiChop inside the shop if you are looking to pair your sweet drink with some savoury dishes like ninja fried chicken or squid!

My experience here hasn’t been good. I’ve been here several times with indifference, but this time it deserved a review.Upon entering there was no other customer at the counter. Great I thought, no waiting. I was wrong, a 2nd customer entered after me and went to the counter beside me. The worker who acknowledged I was there went to serve the 2nd customer who I then figured was a delivery guy. So I wait (restraining my inner Karen) for them to start processing 4 drinks for the other guy before even taking my order. Hmm, not a good idea.It got worse.I finally order 1 bubble tea and wait. Meanwhile they keep making drinks that must be coming in electronically.I continue to wait.Then a 3rd customer comes in, orders and also waits. He gets his drink made and he leaves.I’m still waiting. This is now 10 minutes and 5 other drinks later.Finally get my 1 drink, not even an “I’m sorry for the wait” or “I appreciate you waiting” or “we’re swamped with orders”…nothing.So here is my review. If you want to be ignored (poor customer service) while buying $7 tea (poor value) this is the place!They were lucky that my daughter likes their drinks, but they will need that luck to continue as wise customers go elsewhere. I won’t be back but I will spread this experience, get your bubble tea drinks elsewhere, there are many places that would be happy to serve customers…Coco isn’t it.UPDATE: been there twice since and my experience has improved. Raising to 3 stars…they’re still focused on electronic orders over walk-in customers. Maybe I’m old-school but I also refuse to use self-checkouts anywhere…don’t support job killers like self-checkout.

I was very happy to see a coco when I moved here. (was overseas for years) I love Milk tea and the quality seems the same here as it does at other locations.

The redemption point and the point collection system did not work on my visit. I did not get the code that was supposed to be sent to my phone for some reasons. There is no way to check on their computer system itself if there was any record we have enough points to redeem. Nonetheless, the drink is still good.

Great bubble tea place. The staff is friendly and helpful. They get quite busy at times but they're efficient enough that the wait is anywhere from 10-20 min. It's mainly customers who don't know what to get and I understand as there's lots to choose from. What I also like is you can customize how sweet you want your bubble tea to be. As well as you can also customize how much ice you want in your bubble tea. Great choices and the hot food place right beside it is not bad either.

I like the brown sugar milk tea slush but it's quite sweet. Good flavour and consistency though. Tapioca is decent as well.

Glad to see a coco in London! I see signs that indicate drive thru coming soon. That will be super interesting!
