Charged $125 for a 10 minute phone consultation. It was supposed to be for 1/2 hour.Prior to the phone consultation meeting which was 3 weeks away I was told I would have to complete an information form which would be sent to me. A couple of days before the phone meeting I still hadn't received anything. I called about it and was told it was sent to the wrong email address. I finally got the form and filled it out. My phone meeting had to be rescheduled. I finally had the phone meeting and was told a retainer package would be sent to me and had to be filled out prior to any work being done. More than a month later and no retainer package. It was probably sent to the wrong email address again if at all.

Allison really knows what she is doing. Her approach was very helpful, encouraging, direct and empathetic towards my situation. She was very professional and got things done correctly. I was very happy with the end results. I would not hesitate to refer her in the future.
