I have now dealt with Mike and Krista Kehoe, on numerous purchases. In a market where there is undoubtably a large number of realtors looking to take on your business, I have come across very few that actually care about the client, experience and end result. They go above and beyond throughout the process, and make themselves readily available for even the simplest inquiries. As we look for a property for our son to live in Calgary while attending UofC and training we came across Mike Kehoe through our web search. We were truly glad we did. As we realized quickly as we started the process of looking for condos the team of Mike and Krista are truly amazing, professional and extremely knowledgeable. It is hard to purchase a property from a distance. They kept us information and presented all the potential properties, reviewed with us all the details (pro’s and con’s) of each and took the time to show them to our son. When the time came to make an offer (bid war) they guided us perfectly to win and not leave money on the table. They also provided us great recommendations on the lawyers/ taxes/utilities. They didn’t leave us after the deal was signed. They insure that as we took possession and a few months after they were still assistance us in understanding the Calgary process.We have no hesitation of recommendation the team of Mike and Krista to any potential buyers or sellers. We know who we will call when we are ready to sell our place in Varsity Village.

I find the process of looking for a home to be both an exciting and stressful time. I have used Calgary Real Estate Alliance three separate times and have walked away each time more impressed. Krista and Mike took the time to not only answer all my questions, but even provided me with answers to questions I didn't even think to ask. If you are looking for a real estate agent that listen to what you want and delivers, I would definitely recommend Krista and Mike.

A few years ago I contacted Mike to help me look for a suitable home for my daughter who was moving back from Ottawa with her 2 dogs to go to UofC. He really listened to my needs and showed me as many suitable places as I could get to in the short time we had. We had so much fun driving all over the city looking at prospective places. We finally settled on one which turned out to be perfect in the end, as it is near dog parks and cycling trails, and near to where my daughter was going to school and is now working. It had also been recently updated, so there was nothing to fix. She and her digs have been very happy these past few years, and I think she will be there awhile longer.
