Pretty good but expensive. $36-$39 per person depending on the night. They offer discounts for seniors and children under 10yr. The food was all tasty though and the service was great. Very friendly staff and manager. Clean environment. Only things I'd complain about is they don't have sweet and sour or plum sauce for the rice(mostly due to my picky kid) and they don't serve any alcohol which isn't the end of the world to me but that might be a no go for others. Great place for a date night.

First time trying Korean BBQ and I will definitely come back again. A complete fun experience and great options of meat/ seafood. I would also recommend trying their sushi and miso soup!

One burner for 6 people isn't enough. Food was good, sushi was good. Service was ok, had to ask three times before I got a knife and fork.

Came here with my family and my little brother who has a sesame allergy and they went above and beyond to make sure he had a great experience. Pictured is only his portion! Thank you for the wonderful experience and being so accommodating.10/10 definitely recommend this spot.

My children and I love coming to this place. It's very clean and spacious. They have fun cooking at the table with my supervision while I sit back to enjoy the food they cook for me. Their boneless short ribs it's a must try and their kimchi is very delicious. The service was excellent. The food came out quickly each time.We went again for dinner tonight to celebrate my dad's birthday. They even surprised us walking out with a slice of cake with a candle on top while singing happy birthday. That made my dad very happy. Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness!!! We will for sure be coming back.

For years, I’ve always passed this spot and never even noticed. With an intense craving for Korean BBQ and finding that Chako was the closest to me, I said let’s give it a try. So we did and I’m glad! The food was great, especially the beef! The service was good and fast, got so many water refills! However, some items were not brought out or the wrong amount was served. The restaurant is visually nice and well laid out, a lot of booth seating which provides more privacy. My real only negative is that the sushi was not my favourite. The rice was too vinegary and just overall they weren’t a standout to me. All in all, I would definitely go back and would recommend to others.

I love Korean bbq, I’m a huge fan and go to various places around the city to try it. This location & Chakos Vaughan, I am so disgusted & disappointed in the level of customer service as well as now the quality & food sanitary is in question. I ordered a large spread of various items and located in my beans sprouts there was a bug in my food which I literally just PUT A SPOON IN MY MOUTH! I brought it to the servers attention and she took it away and brought me new items. The manager ended up coming to the table and with the upmost nonchalant fakest apology proceed to offer me 5% off an almost $90 bill. I was instantly turned off, and she proceeded to advise this is all she could do. Chakos, is this how you handle an INSECT in your customers food.. the bug was still alive. I’m absolutely disgusted and will be escalating this.

First and last time going to Chako with the family.No signs or menu posted with any pricing.My 2 & 4 year old didn’t take one bit yet I was charged $40 per child.Food was not worth $200plusStaff are very unhelpful.Definitely won’t be back

Amazing food! The server always greats us and always has a great conversation. By far my favourite Korean bbq place around. Drove all the way from Cambridge just to eat here.
