I only had 4 items so went through the 12 and under line. The same cashier also served customer service. She kept serving people buying and checking lottery tickets, even though the couple of people in line were there before.

I shop here all the time. Make sure you keep you bill. They sell a lot of rotten food. I have taken back rotten meat quite a few times. If you don’t have the bill you’re done. Today I bought a tray of sushi. It was in edible. THE TRAY HAD THE IGA STICKER TIME AND DATE. My silly self opted not to take my receipt. BIG MISTAKE. The manager says I can exchange the Sushi tray for another tray I don’t want another tray of rotten sushi. I just want my money back. Nope they say can only exchange for more rotten sushi. I WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. IGA YOU NEED TO DO BETTER. IVE BEEN SHOPPING THERE FOR over 10 years.

We like to shop here and we are happy about the products. However not sure why it is freezing cold in summer. I think today it was only 15 degrees inside while 35 outside. It is unbearable to stay in the store for more than 5 minutes as we wear summer shorts. It is unnecessarily cold.

Good selection of natural and organic products. Nice big ailes with clean store layout. Not many people in the evening. Not so good quality not diversity of fresh produce though, Kind of expensive too.

today I went to IGA because I had to get plain yogurt 3.25 and I went to the dairy products section and I looked for it for around 10 minutes and I couldn’t find it so I decided to go ask for help and I saw a lady that’s was working and I asked her for help and she didn’t even speak English, French and Spanish. She said that she only speaker Russian. So I looked for someone else and she helped me and I asked her for the yogurt and she brought me to the dairy products and she couldn’t even find it and then did asked her other colleagues to help but they couldn’t find it and then I found it behind all the yogurts and in the fridge there was mold. So when I took the yogurt to go pay. The cashier was so disrespectful she was giving my my change and threw my money instead of handing it to me.this place needs new staff I know it’s hard to find staff but at least find staff that could speak English or French. We are in a province that force us to speak French.

It leaks all over your grocery bags, my floor and I still measured over a half cup of water that they are making people pay for!Went today and so many shelves were empty, they don't restock!

Very clean, very friendly service. Very good selection of products. They had no carts though, and the store was empty, aside a few additional shoppers to myself. The carts were nowhere to be found though.
