Great place to buy single origin beans with more traditional roasting styles. The profiles on the lighter roasts are excellent for espresso. The dark roasts are great if you miss the 90's style of espresso.

This is the best place to buy coffee in the Sud-Ouest. They roast their own beans on site, so their beans are always fresh. Their light roast is spectacular (especially their Ethiopian coffee!).Their coffees nearly make my Monday mornings cheerful.

Fast service but latte was not done very well. Thought the roast they used tasted very dark and strong, so great if you like that. Personally I like mild to medium roast so this was not to my liking.
