I stop by just to grab cooked bbq chicken, apperently there out on the shelf. I asked for a coupon at the front desk and they made a call to the deli, they said they wont give out a coupon as the chicken was ready on the shelf. Again, i went back and still made me wait for 10 minutes.I'll be nice for a corporate company to honour what they promise .Date/time 2023/06/19 @1600

You need to tell your employees that when they use the washroom to wash their hands when they are done. I watched a staff member come out of one of the stalls in the men's washroom and not stop at the sink as I was drying my hands. I then watch him walk down and start touching food products with them same hands. Maybe have them take a safe handling course.

Went shopping for plants, they had lots of variety. There were some plants that looked pretty sad, but for the most part they looked well taken care of. The staff at the checkout was friendly and put our plants into a tray for us.

If you’re going to take away the bags on self checkout make sure you put an employee who actually asks if you want bags there Not the lady who was working at 4:30pm Dec 13/22 having her back facing the checkouts so she doesn’t have to do the simple task of asking people if they need a bag. And yes I realize that I can use a cashier but I’d rather not wait in the long lineup to have to bag my own items anyway. Bring back the younger blonde lady who is more than happy to help you.

The highlight of our shopping experience here was the self checkout, and the team member who helped us. I would recommend this store.Many departments; Joe Fresh, kitchen appliances and dish wear, pre made meals, weekly sales, fresh butcher and more.I was amused that they had their in store capacity listed, as it was something absurd in the thousands considering their square footage.

I always get a great service here. I use it for both business and personal shopping and over all the price's are some of the best in town. The staff are amazing and they usaully have a fair amount of check out lanes open.I have got some very large, bulk purchases here and they ring it thru with a smile. I have had to make last minute dashes into the store for a fair bit of stock and they still serve me with good additude.The customer service desk is actually very quick and efficient and they will even get someone to help you take your groceries out if you are unable to if you ask nicely!Always my go to store, the bakery is very fresh and lets you place an order the day before if you need it!
