Parcel predicted for delivery on Sat. Dec. 04but arrived Tues. Dec. 07th. Under the circumstances all is good (product arrived undamaged).

Do not use fedex unless you want to spend 15min with a bot on the phone trying to pay for a duties invoice you just recieved for something you. Also keep in mind they can attack your credit apparently if you forget about an invoice. Lets say you move and dont make the address change for an invoice you you get months later. Has not happened to me but this is how their system operates. Dont leave even an 8 dollar invoice unpaid.

I've been here twice now and both times I've received conflicting information on sending packages. I had to send company Christmas gifts this past December and I was told that I had to put the pre-paid information in the envelope, so I did. When I got there, they requested that I tear each package open and remove the slip, to put it on the outside. I also paid for overnight shipping and it took a week to get there. Also, there was a very rude delivery person during all of this, shoving me into the counter. The other time I visited here to send some packages, the employee told me I had to pay online and couldn't pay at the counter (he was standing right in front of the cash register).

They were very prompt in delivering my cancer medication. It arrived within 24 hours. Thank you for your promptness.

Please tell your driver of U-81006 (18 dec 2022 - approx 1200) driving from Edmonton areas through spruce grove to slow down. This driver was driving 120km on 16A (which is max 100 kmph) and then 80 through spruce grove. In icy conditions. Watched him weave through vehicles without using signal light. While at red light this guy was scrolling on his phone. Made a left turn onto veterans blvd stony without a signal light. And then speds up to 80 to make another turn without signal light.I drove behind this guy from Edmonton through to stony plain and he was a major hazard and showed no care in being a company vehicle

HiI have a complaint regarding the fact that a very heavy package from Wayfair was delivered today and there was only the driver in vehicle and my husband who has a very bad back had to help this poor guy! No way one person could have lifted that!

People here were extremely helpful, and very professional, not somthing you see very often anymore.
