Perry is amazing. He did a very through inspection of every aspect of the home I wanted to buy, giving me recommendations of what to ask the seller, what should I do by myself (putting insulation or breakers up to code). The report was 47 pages long with very rich content in every one of them. I trusted on the reviews I read from other people here and I would do it again. He is great.
