Great choices, good materials. You can pick and choose some materials and prices are fair. Friendliest well… it’s a construction environment, let’s put it that way, but helpful none the less. I wish they would have more locations. Delivery is a bit pricey.

What was once a great company has become a atrocious and sub par quality company. Go to Home Depot or Rona atleast you can pick your own product, and they'll price match.We spend 3k on half the order and yard manager makes a fuss on us picking the last 20 boards. Had my crew do all the sorting nice and neat better than their incompetent guy who loaded the wrong boards in the first place.I'm sorry but you just can't build a quality product with boards that look like bananas.

This place has excellent prices and selection. Seriously, before you make a trip to Home Depot, shop here. The prices here are 2-3x cheaper than big box stores and so is the quality.I've been shopping here for years doing small DIY projects and I've yet to be disappointed.I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews..I guess people have a tendency to leave negative reviews when they're not happy, but they can't be bothered leaving a good review when they are.

When buying from Tamarack make sure to check the price charged before you leave. They ask that you pay before you have the wood cut so at times charge you more than the amount listed. Complaining after gets you know where. The lady who made the mistake simply said it was me that did it and ignored me. No apology or anything. The manager on duty said he would escalate and advise. Nothing. If brand reputation is important then I would have expected better from a company of this size

No. If you want to make a custom oreder, think again and again and again. When I placed my order, They told me 4-6 week. I am waiting over 10 weeks. Technically I am waiting them 11 weeks and still no idea if I am going to receive soon or not. I called them today and the answer is The truck didnt show up yet

I would have gave it a less star , but it’s not possible…No sorting wood? No sorting bananas?If your paying for a product you can pick and choose…No sorting is there policy they say…Not using them is my policy…

Bought pocket doors for about $600 from this place. The associate was great. I picked up the door frame asked all questions including the fact if this specific door frame would fit my 85” rough opening and he confirmed.Came home and opened the box. Took the instructions sheet out and the door frame was bigger than 85”. Left the instructions sheet back and took the door frame back to get something that would fit but As soon as Gary the associate, saw me he started first saying that I am wrong and the frame would fit 85” opening when he measured the box and realized I was right, he was rude and said we don’t take it back. I was never told the item was final sale and I was reassured it would fit my rough opening. They are the nicest ppl when you purchase but try returning and they will be the rudest ppl on the face of this earth!!! I said I will share my experience and they yelled saying we don’t care. They said our clients are guys with big trucks who buy bulk!!! Yet they are open to public and I saw many ppl buying just one or a few items like any other hardware store. My suggestion, go to Lowes, Home Depot etc at least they won’t yell at you and would gladly take their item back! Oh btw, there is a new store called Cosmaroma Next to the Brick store in Burlington for all your reno needs. Great ppl, good quality products and their prices are unbelievable!
