Great service and reasonable prices. They were able to remove some really bad stains of our winter coats, made them look like new. Will definitely come back.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE!!! GAVE A $300+ TNA JACKET TO BE CLEANED AND IT CAME BACK WITH THE FUR FALLING OUT. THEY NEVER WARNED ME THAT THE FUR WOULD FALL OUT IF I HAVE IT DRY CLEANED.They sent it back for repair. When I got it back, even more fur was falling out and the threading was still loose!!!I requested a refund for it. She said she had to call her boss. Which she did. And then he didn't give me the refund. She kept saying the jacket was perfect. She came to inspect the jacket and she barely touched it and the fur fell out.I asked again for a refund. She said she had to call her boss again. She said other stuff in a different language before turning to me in English and saying they can't do the refund. She said the jacket was in 'perfect condition'. WHEN IT ABSOLUTELY WAS NOT.I asked to speak to the boss. And she said she can't let me. I told her again I want to speak to the boss. She said okay and provided me with a phone number.Her words were, we did what we asked you to do. We cleaned your jacket."I replied with "I gave you the jacket to clean. Not destroy."HORRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT DRY CLEAN HERE!!!!!"

Don't bring valuable suits to be cleaned hereBrought a custom made suit here to be dry cleaned in the suit case and custom hanger it came with. Got the suit back without the suit case and hanger. Young lady at the counter was on her phone the whole time then refused to do anything about it. Left then came back later when another lady looked around and found my suit case but couldn't find the hanger. Poor customer service and no compensations. Will not go back

Excellent service!!!I loved the way they treat people. I usually go on weekends and the cashier named Harleen, she so sweet and humble. The way of talking and respect she gave to the customer is appreciative. My family mostly come to this place because of the great service provides by them.

They lost my brand new jumpsuit that I had given in to get the bottom shortened and hemmed. So incompetent! How do you misplace items like that? Definitely do not recommend this place! The owner wasn’t even apologetic. Extremely disappointed! I hate leaving bad reviews and I’m a big supporter of small businesses, but based on other reviews this seems like a recurring theme here.

They doo good cleaning job and they also provide alteration services but little expensive

I got my Mackage jacket dry cleaned from here and they completely ruined the quality of my jacket. Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend them at all and will not be going back.

Horrible service!This is the third time I've given them items to clean and the second time that I've received them back as if they did not even clean them.First time I took a suit picked it up before leaving for a trip. When I arrived at my destination I noticed my suit still had the same stain as before on it. When I returned from my trip I contacted them and they were reluctant to redo it or acknowledge it's from that time. After a bit of an argument they area to clean the item again free of charge. I received the suit back clean.This time I dropped off two white shirts and a silk top for my wife. Again I was in a hurry and picked up the items same day as my flight. I landed at my destination, took a look at my shirts and they had the same stains (if not more). My wife's silk top also had the same stain. This time I've refused to even contact them but rather just write a review. This place is definitely not worth wasting your time with as your likely not getting back a clean item. The customer service is awful, they don't know how to talk to customers and the cleaner they send their items to is just awful.Save your time and money

Worst experience. Unprofessional, Negligent and inexperienced. I gave them my new Timberlands for cleaning on Saturday, and they asked me to pick up on Wednesday. I went back to pick up on Following Saturday only to found its not there. They gave my shoes for cleaning to third party (Which was never discussed before), and taking no responsible for it, asked me to come back next weekend. I picked up the shoes following weekend and they damaged it. Black timberlands, faded in some parts. There was still soil left on the Bottom. Degusting Job. Would not recommend it.
