Absolute Towers Dental Centre

I had taken appointment with dr Olson for teeth whitening. I can and once they saw insurance first I was told to do X-ray. I said no. Then some dr Brian came and said I need cleaning etc etc then whitening. When I told him I don’t have days nor time hence he gave some absurd example of car and paint which doesnot resonate with teeth whitening. I told him I came driving 30 min and paid parking for cad 3 he told me it’s not his fault and I can go have it done elsewhere. When I asked his name he refused to give saying it’s not important. I said I will write a review, he said pls do and again asked his name and he said take my name from the girls on the reception. What an attitude. How rude this gentleman was? Unbelievable he is hired here. Ridiculous

Highly recommend this dentist, the staff are so professional and friendly. As someone who has had very negative experiences at the dentist in the past, I was hesitant to try a new clinic however I have had nothing but positive experiences here. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and explain each procedure thoroughly beforehand. The receptionists are warm and welcoming, and the office is very modern and clean.

Now I feel like why have I gave even single star. This was my goto place when I was residing in Absolute Towers but now the place has become so much miserable. People keep on rescheduling appointments without thinking about how difficult it is for a patient to take out time. I have referred at least five families to this clinic in the past but now it is a problem out here. I could not imagine when I reached at 4:22 PM for my 4:30 appointment and I was asked to wait as dentist was busy he came down at 4:40 and took another patient in who came after me his appointment was also after 5. And when I asked staff why, they are were asking me if I was in rush and they can reschedule again. I am not sure what to say but the one thing I am sure of I am not coming back here!

I have been going to this dentist for more than 3 years I believe. It's always great service and the staff is very knowledgeable. They listen and are very attentive. I have never had any issues of any sort throughout my years on going. The front desk, dental assisants, hygienists and dentists are all amazing. I used to live at the Absolute condos but I have recently moved but I will still continue to attend this dentist.Initially I had Dr. Abdul but since he won't be there anymore, I now have Dr. Vicky and she is just as amazing.

Absolutely blown away by my experience at Absolute Towers Dental Centre.First of all, I live in one of the towers. Being able to just walk downstairs and go to the dentist is amazing, and is key to keeping regular visits. To me, if you live close by, this is reason enough alone.Second of all the atmosphere. Everything is clean and bright, with a modern art type of feel. You love to see a dental office that takes their surroundings seriously.Third, the staff. Front desk is really friendly and made me feel welcome. They were able to direct bill my insurance, and it turned out I was 100% covered for x-rays and fillings! They're also going to get me a quote on a crown procedure.Fourthly, the dentists. Dr. Guzman and Brian were very comforting, explaining everything in detail and were quick and efficient in their procedures.I would certainly recommend coming here to anyone who needs quality and friendly dental service. Having gone to dentists the entirety of my adult life, I can confidently say that they are one the best I've experienced.

The staff is extremely friendly. Dr. Shevket provided me the best experience for my wisdom teeth removal. He was extremely efficient and patient throughout the procedure, he has excellent communication skills and makes his patients well cared for, and heard. I felt great support even during my recovery. I recommend everyone to get their wisdom teeth removed from him!!

My family and I have been going to this dental clinic for years. Its always clean and comfortable. The staff are so lovely. When you call in, it feels like you have known each other for a lifetime. The hygienists and dentists are incredibly thorough and provide excellent care.

They charged my credit card wrongly for something that is supposed to billed to my insurance. When I reported it, I was told that they will refund it once they get the claim from my insurance. Fast forward to 6 weeks after they got my insurance claim, still nothing. Not sure why it’s taking so long to process a refund. When I called the Reception, I was rudely informed that she couldn’t even see any payment made on my end and to just call the next day to speak with the one in charged. She could have at least offered to get their staff get back to me instead since they are the one at fault.Also, on a couple of occasions, they had to cancel and reschedule my appointments on the same day because dentist couldn’t make it BUT gave me a rant when I cancelled a day prior my appointment due to work saying that it was too last minute. Apparently, they can make changes with my appointment any time they want and I can’t.

Made an appointment as a new client for a cleaning & checkup. I asked for a weekend appointment as I work full time during the weekdays. They happily obliged and offered an afternoon weekend appointment which was perfect for my schedule. They even texted me twice after I booked my appointment to confirm it.Flash forward a week ahead to the day of my appointment. They called me several hours before the appointment to ask me if I could come in a couple hours earlier as the “doctor” wanted to wrap up earlier since it was the weekend. I told them I couldnt as I was out of the city but would happily make it in time for my appointment as planned. They called me again 30-40 mins prior to my appointment asking me if I can once again come in early otherwise they would have to reschedule.I was just soured after this experience. Im a new client and this was my first impression of them. I get it, nobody wants to work extra hours on the weekend and would rather wrap up early and enjoy the rest of their day. But why offer me a weekend appointment at a time of your choosing when you cant even hold up to it? Anybody can take a reservation but not anybody can actually hold it. This organization imo doesnt know how to hold reservations. I bet if I attempted to cancel or reschedule as a patient within less than 24 hours, they woulda slapped me with the classic “less than x amount of time cancellation policy and now you owe us x amount of dollars.” Double standard.If you cant respect my time and our appointment and try to cancel or reschedule within literally a few hours prior, then Ill take my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing!

These folks are are the cream of the insurance hungry crop. We were new in Canada, expecting to get guidance from our dental professionals. For some reason I got three xrays taken, while my wife only got one. They tried to impose an xray on our four year old to which we refused.After the xrays were taken for my wife and myself, they pushed us for scaling, and teeth cleaning etc, and even recommended my wife get braces (she doesnt need braces). Anyhows, over the next few weeks we did what they asked us to. Got scaling done. Got cleaning done. They billed my work insurance the absolute max.Then came a day when they told us that we needed to treat my wife and my cavities. My wife went in first, and they started screaming root canal!!"
