Teng's Market
This is a neighborhood Chinese market selling canned goods to fresh vegetables. Chinese newspapers is cheaper here than buying at gas station up the street. Vegetables are OK quality. Parking is available but with a limited parking spaces. Street parking is also available.

Don’t park into his parking lot by any chance, if u don’t want to enter his market. Even if u just drop off a person in a non busy period like 2pm for spending about no more 3 mins. Lol (there is still a lot of empty parking space) if the owner saw u did not want to shopping at his market, driver in the car. he will immediately ask u and sweeping u out off his lot, said” u can not parking in my lot” pretty rude man and no merci.

Worst Chinese confectionery in whole Vancouver. The owner is literally a piece of sh*t. Merchandise were expired and behaviour was utterly pathetic.

This place deserves a negative star. They are more concerned about their parking lot than their actual store. If you park there the staff will stalk you and follow you like a predator to make sure that you go to their store. THEN proceed to continue stalking you through out your shopping there. store is filthy, maybe if they focused their employees to clean the store versus stalking their customers, the place wouldn't be as bad as it is. would not recommend this place to anyone. even the people I dislike.

Just tried to go buy produce at Teng’s as I have for many years, but first I ran into the Ukrainian bakery next door. My husband and kids were waiting in our car for me in the Teng parking lot. Two male Teng staff came out and were very aggressive asking my husband to leave the parking lot even though I was going into Teng next. They were even blocking him in and threatening to call police for parking in their customer parking lot. Needless to say I wasn’t able to buy my produce and won’t be returning again. Very disappointed.
