I has an MRI on my ear on June 28, 2018 and I am still waiting for the results in January 2019. I have teied to leave numerous messages but you cant and no one gets back to you. He is a kind dr. Would be nice to have my surgery though. Staff is irresponsible it seems. I dont recommend him due to his staff.

Awesome DoctorI lost hearing in my right ear and he did surgery on it. Now I can hear again. Don't have to wear hearing aid. Thank you

I can't seem to get a hold of the anyone no matter how many time or what day I call...what's the point in having a receptionist?

Met Dr Archibald today. He went over a few things with me about my situation and what he can do for me. Very confident friendly gentleman. It's so awesome to get into see him and get the help I need. Thank you so much Dr Archibald and staff.

Was one of the best doctors I've ever had.

Doctor is amazing but it is practically impossible to get a hold of the reception to make an appointment. You are not able to leave a voicemail as they do not monitor the voicemail and the line is either busy or no one answers the phone. I've been calling since 8:30AM and it is now 12:00PM. I've made about 15 attempts to call so far and have not be able to speak to anyone about booking an appointment. Its actually ridiculous to me how it is this difficult to book an appointment. :( So frustrated!

I found Dr. Archibald to be very professional, kind and really cares about his patients. He took the time to listen to my health issues, assessed and provided me with his advice. He made me feel comfortable, not rushed and answered all of my questions and concerns. His staff are all very congenial and helpful. Thank you Dr. Archibald and staff! I showed up at his office and the waiting room is packed with patients. I have a seat like the sign says. The office staff calls me up and when I get up there one of the ladies starts rudely telling me I need to wait my turn and sit down. When she realizes she made a mistake, there is no apology she just continues to be rude. Oh well, on to the Doctor. I wait in the room for almost an hour and I see him walk by with his coat on and a coffee in hand. 5 minutes later he comes in, looks at my tests that had been done by my primary care Dr and said I don’t know what’s wrong with you. He starts to get up and walk out. I couldn’t believe it. He was an hour late for my appointment and spent less than 4 minutes with me. To top it off when I went to my family Doctor he informed me that the letter that Dr Archibald wrote didn’t even have the right symptom/problem on it. I don’t recommend this Dr to anybody!!
