We hired the company multiple times for small and large projects in our house. Their handymen are very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Called the Handyman Solutions and arranged for a Handyman for help with fixing a kitchen cabinet. They said that the Handyman would arrive between 11am to 1pm. I took time off work and waited in the house for them to arrive. The time was approaching 1pm and I had no calls, no contacts from the company.I called back the Handyman solutions and they said that the Handyman is busy at another site and will be arriving a bit late- so I waited until 3pm, still no show or follow-up. I called back the company AGAIN and they said that the Handyman will likely not be coming today and that they would reschedule me for another day.On the newly rescheduled day, I waited again for the Handyman to arrive (booked for some time between 1-3pm). Again, no show or no contact. I called the company again to complain; and their response was that 3 of their Handyman live too far away from my place (I live in Kitchener) and that 2 of them had declined to take on the job, and that they will try to contact the last one who was currently unreachable. They said that they would contact me back to follow-up, but this did not occur.To me, it was unprofessional on their end to have done two no-shows, zero follow-ups, or compensation for my wasted time. As well, the company is literally called Kitchener Handyman Solutions" on google and I live near Kitchener downtown- but the Handyman declined to work because I live too far away? The excuse / reasoning made no sense.The agents on the phone were pleasant to speak with
