I was forced to switch from away from Chatr mobile because Chatr has bad reception in Saskatchewan.I was told by the guy at the desk that Chatr has no customer service (which is not true). That very day I had to call Chatr twice to move my sim, both calls I was connected to a person within 15 minutes.In order to call Telus once I was on the phone for 3 hours. Granted, only one hour of that was waiting on hold, while 2 was getting details sorted with someone who could have used more training. I do miss the days I was with Chatr.The guy at this store says my sim card is going to be 20 bucks, which is double what every other company charges. Desperate for a new phone provider, I acquiesce. Then he takes 5 bucks off as if I'm getting a good deal, seeming to confirm my suspicion that I was getting ripped off.After the bad experience with their customer service phone system, I can say that I am happy with the phone call quality, reception, and the texting. I just lie awake at night in a cold sweat, fearing the day I will have to deal with their phone service again.Don't get me started on the non-sensical auto-pay features.Why on God's beautiful green earth a company would offer a $30 pre-paid plan but only let you auto pay in increments of $10, $25 or $50 is a total mystery to me. This seems like a well planned and effective means at inconveniencing their customers. Perhaps their logic is that if I naturally find their prepaid system to be beyond belief difficult I will upgrade to the more expensive plans. (Edit: I inevitably changed providers because of this.)However, if you're moving to Alberta give Chatr a call. They allow you to pay for the products they offer (which are reasonably priced) and their customer service is always prompt and friendly. The only downside I know of is that they don't always have great reception a ways outside of large city centers.

I was at this location and required assistance in regards to a product that was not a standard procedure for this store.I was greeted with a smile and the sales associate I spoke to informed me that he would need to speak to his manager to see if.they could.assiste me. This took a little bit of time causing the rep to lose some commision on other sales he was missing but he was still eager to assist and fulfilled my request.

This is a review for the telus home security, since they took over my contract with adt i had nothing but problems, tamper alarm events that i would not receive phone calls for, i had to phone them spend 54 minutes each time on hold, then talked to someone all while my console is beeping at me, i had 2 techs come out, one to replace the dead battery on a sensor(back door sensor) causing the tamper alert, second one to replace the faulty sensor(back door sensor) to fix the tamper alert, what the actual problem was is that the door was hitting the sensor, a slight tweek and the tamper alert went away, i also was told i need to phone approximately 30 days in advance before my contract expire to cancel, when i did they told me if i canceled today id be subject to a penalty fee, even though i explained that im canceling the auto renewal of the contract that turns it from 2 year to month to month, i was then informed since my contract expires in a month to phone a day or two before hand and they would be able to cancel, the last guy i talked to said i had to give approx 1 month notice or id be charged one month notice, i got upset on the phone and called the guy out on lieing to me and thats when he stated that yes im right and have to give 30 days notice or id be charged that notice, they wouldn't cancel the auto renewal until i said that the day after my contract was up im physically removing all hardware that belongs to telus and going with a new company for security, so in this one phone call they attempted to lie and cheat me out of money to prolong the service i have with them,

I took my phone into the store because I'm having issues with the charging port. It likely just needs to be cleaned which employees have done in the past. This time, they sent me away and said I need to speak with a technician. Typically have good customer service here.

Went here to take advantage of their BYOD 25/mo promo for 24 months. The person who helped us was really friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services. Our transaction took almost an hour to complete, however. I guess there were many who were switching to Telus that day.

The best experience I have had with a carrier, ever. Wish I could remember the guy who was dealing with us during our upgrade while writing this review. He alone gets my five stars.

First time ever coming to this location to pay my phone bill, as I realized I was late. There is nothing on the door stating 2 customers only, as well as nothing saying it's locked and you need an appointment. I wait outside for 3 minutes, and an employee tells me I have to wait 45 minutes to pay my phone bill, or to go on the app. I'll be now a returning customer to SaskTel. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm fine with the 2 person limit, but to not have any information (more than it saying there is a limit, and could be a 45 minute wait) on the door letting customers know should be more apparent. Every time I drive by, someone is standing outside waiting to get in. If it takes 45 minutes to purchase a new phone, you should probably be going elsewhere.

I swapped over to telus from another major mobile provider... the customer service and staff knowledge at this store is second to none! They helped me find a phone that I love, swapped my number over with zero hitch and transferred all my data and files over.. PLUS got me a new watch all for less than I was paying before! I also swapped my home security over, seriously awesome top line tech they put into my home for just less than the price I was paying before.I was more surprised at how transparent they were about my billing - nicely done Telus PA!Highly recommend!

Went in to upgrade my phone, one fella helped me look at cases for the phone i was going to purchase then he walked away to help someone else that entered the store, and never returned tp finish selling me my new s8+. Waited for over 15minutes before walking out because they felt it was more import to help the people coming in after me than finish they sale they were already in the middle of.
