My husband and I have been dealing with Noah Bernard for many weeks before we could finally decide on the car that we just bought from Toyota North London. Very disappointed with the service provided by North London Toyota Today, wasn’t proper and on time. Car not washed. Tyres wasn’t bagged properly after changing over to winter tyre.

Lastly, I had two services. It was good, but this time I had to call the customer service centre to book an appointment. They booked me after a week on Thursday, as my car miles are over. I went there, and they told me my appointment was not in the system, so I booked again for next Thursday. Again, kilometres went up. Now, this Thursday, the same thing has been happening. They can't see my appointment on the system. I just want to know what system will work for customers in person. Unfortunately, I have to choose a different service centre because of bad service.

I needed some major repairs to be completed on my vehicle and I am very happy that I chose to go to North London Toyota. The service reception staff was absolutely delightful to speak with on the phone and they got me in for an appointment promptly. Furthermore, they offered me a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired which was unexpected but definitely appreciated. The repairs were completed on time and they even washed my car! In summary, I would recommend North London Toyota for their excellent customer service and care.

There was a recall on my truck, soI called to check on my 2018 tacoma fuel pump replacement, Rachel who works in services was very friendly and booked my appointment, when I went back for pick up my truck It was difficult to get a hold of them, and when I did!the service manager called Dave, every question I asked him in regards to my truck he was answering me by I DONT KNOW. Completely disappointed and i will never go there again and will not recommend to anyone.Toyota could do much better
