Less and less useful stuff everyday. Staff is friendly though. prices usually higher than home depot. But local.

Excellent service. Had a plumbing issue with our trailer, and the associate went and got Jay a local plumber who was in the store to help me with my needs. All fixed up. Really appreciated the extra effort from the staff to help me out.

Don't no what's going on with this place as the counter staff are not knowledgeable as to what they have in there yard or what it's called , employee turnover I guess. Need experience at the building counter. So many products out there , to learn about. Educate them.

We routinely visit Kidd's Home Hardware and constantly receive great service. The staff is helpful, friendly and go out of their way to assist. The entire staff at Kidd's are by far the most helpful and friendly I have encountered, this is so rare in todays climate! We were just here on the weekend and what we came to purchase was out of stock. It was promptly re-ordered and the offer was made to deliver to our house. That is above and beyond customer service!!!!!
